Great pharmacy, with a welcoming and supportive team.
Brenda Wright (05/06/2025, 16:38):
The staff here are just so helpful and friendly! They really take the time to assist you and explain any health concerns you may have.
Lisa Morales (02/06/2025, 08:26):
I was standing outside the chemist at 8.55am. The staff were inside, but they hadn't opened the door yet. The sign on the door said they were supposed to open at 8.45am!
Beverly Ramirez (01/06/2025, 13:23):
I've been trying to get in touch 10 times already to find out if I'll be getting my antipsychotic today, but no one seems to be answering. It's only 10:46 in the morning! Really poor service.
Thomas Gonzales (01/06/2025, 05:58):
Thank you kindly for promptly filling my prescription order. It arrived today, much appreciated!
Ronald Hernandez (23/05/2025, 19:13):
I just gave them a ring to inquire about something and the person who picked up the phone couldn't have been more helpful. A huge thank you to them!
Sara Gutierrez (22/05/2025, 21:37):
Working as a contractor in the pharmacy on Thursday 21st December, I noticed a significant increase in prescription demand. The store was bustling with customers throughout the day, and the friendly, diligent staff were committed to delivering top-notch service during the holiday rush. They were highly professional, well-informed, and incredibly helpful.
Matthew Edwards (11/05/2025, 16:44):
I had to swing by 'cause I ran out of me regular meds and didn't get no text sayin' it was ready. Popped in on Sat the 16th, waited a bit in a short queue, only to be told to come back at 15:30. When I did return, they found me prescription but said it wouldn't be ready till 16:30. Come 16:30, there were ‘bout 8 folks waitin'. Only two got served and 'round 17:15, the rest of us were told they were closin' up shop. They were shut on Monday, so I rocked up today. Finally found me script and told ‘em I needed 'em pronto and would wait. 30 minutes later, I got me pills. Was left without me meds for a couple days. Every time I went, someone was grievin' and the staff were useless, rude, and dismissive. This mornin', there were 6 staff on and people were still waitin'. Some of ‘em seemed a bit preoccupied. Dreadful service, I've switched to another pharmacy.
Edward Walker (08/05/2025, 22:41):
The staff here are just lovely. I typically have my prescriptions in hand within 10-15 minutes, which is a lot quicker than what you'd experience at Asda. They also pay more attention to you and are really pleasant. Plus, they have a great selection of products available. Cheers!
Robert Simmons (08/05/2025, 11:28):
This pharmacist is a complete disaster! After waiting for over a week for my prescriptions, I finally went to pick them up and they still weren't ready. It's like they're playing with people's lives by not giving them their medication on time. And to make matters worse, a few days later they still aren't answering the phone. Absolutely unacceptable! 😡😡
Mark Martin (06/05/2025, 22:57):
I must say, this pharmacy used to be a top-notch spot, but recently they've been falling behind with getting prescriptions filled, misplacing scripts, and failing to answer the phone. However, I will give credit where it's due - the folks at the counter put in their best effort to assist customers and are consistently courteous.
Sophia Barnes (04/05/2025, 15:08):
Now that the Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted, the pharmacy services have resumed their usual excellent standards. As a loyal customer, I have always been satisfied with their offerings, and they consistently offer great deals on toiletries.
Donald Lewis (04/05/2025, 10:52):
The service provided by this pharmacy is quite lacking, and I would not recommend it as your preferred chemist.
Ronald Anderson (29/04/2025, 18:30):
Always a fantastic experience, highly recommended.
Mia Nelson (24/04/2025, 16:57):
The staff here is absolutely fantastic — so friendly and helpful! It's always a pleasure coming to this pharmacy.
Jack Reed (19/04/2025, 20:32):
Every time I visit the pharmacy, I end up waiting for ages because they always seem to struggle to locate my items. It's quite frustrating!
Noah Hernandez (18/04/2025, 09:46):
Twice already they've gone and canceled my prescription refills, leaving me without my medication, feeling woozy and on the verge of collapsing. I had to go back to the doctor to request a new prescription, only to be told when I arrived that it wouldn't be ready until 11:00 am the following day. Frustrating situation, mate.
Teresa Ross (17/04/2025, 07:04):
I had to give it a star, but honestly, this pharmacy is the absolute worst. They never get the prescription right and are incredibly slow at everything they do.
Philip Powell (16/04/2025, 10:49):
The staff at this pharmacy are incredibly helpful and cheerful, even during busy times. There are typically short queues of 2-4 people. They usually have most items in stock, but occasionally only partial prescriptions are available, particularly for controlled substances which may need to be ordered for the next day. Overall, I have no major complaints about this pharmacy. I recommend avoiding Asda's pharmacy, where the staff can be unfriendly and queues are often very long. Only go there as a last resort.
