With options for in-store shopping, the supermarket is designed to accommodate all customers, including those with mobility challenges.

Accessibility Features

The store prides itself on being wheelchair-accessible and provides essential amenities such as a wheelchair-accessible entrance and a wheelchair-accessible toilet. Parking is made easy with a dedicated wheelchair-accessible car park and a spacious free parking lot that offers 2 hours of free parking, although drivers should be cautious about time limits to avoid fines.

Payment Options

When it comes to making purchases, Tesco Extra embraces modern payment methods. Customers can use credit cards, debit cards, and NFC mobile payments for convenience. However, feedback suggests that the self-checkout scenarios might require more attention from staff to ensure a smooth experience.

Service Options and Amenities

While many patrons enjoy the variety of offerings available, customer service has received mixed reviews. Some have reported long waits at the self-service checkouts due to staff distractions, while others highlight friendly employees who are willing to assist when needed. The store provides an array of on-site services, including a café, a pharmacy, and even areas for recycling.

Food Selection and Quality

Shoppers appreciate the availability of organic options and promotional meal deals that offer great value.

Community and Inclusivity

One noteworthy aspect of this Tesco location is its commitment to creating a welcoming environment. The store has been recognized as a transgender safe space and is LGBTQ+ friendly. This inclusivity fosters a sense of community among shoppers, enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Supermarket is my go-to place for shopping, been a loyal customer for years now. The staff are always so friendly and I can find almost anything I need at any time, 24/7.
Ethan Parker (14/05/2025, 04:29):
The wide array of products at Tesco is always top-notch, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
Emily Gomez (13/05/2025, 14:06):
70 quid fine for parking over 2 hours!

I absolutely adore Tesco! The fact that there's an extra touch to it just makes me go wahoooooooo!
Nathan Cox (07/05/2025, 19:39):
This place does exactly what it promises, fantastic location.
Andrew Ross (06/05/2025, 14:27):
I say, I must highlight a matter of concern regarding the food range at Charle Binghams. It appears that the monitoring of such products is lacking, as a damaged portion was left on the shelf for over a week, with olives being 4 days out of date. The lackadaisical attitude of the staff towards this issue is quite disconcerting.
Russell Garcia (06/05/2025, 13:33):
I indulged in a delightful veggie breakfast this morning. It was meticulously prepared and elegantly presented. The veggie sausages oozed with flavor, the fried eggs were perfectly runny, the mushrooms had just the right amount of bite, and the grilled tomato retained its texture. I attempted to acknowledge the skilled chef behind the scenes to express my contentment, alas without success. Here's hoping she stumbles upon my glowing review.
Shirley Perry (05/05/2025, 20:34):
Escaping from Tesco can be a right pain because of the traffic, but once you're inside, the shelves are always fully stocked and the checkouts are efficiently managed. A solid choice for your shopping needs, indeed.
Mark Cook (03/05/2025, 07:02):
I'm 17 years old and it's legal for me to purchase a Monster Energy drink. However, I recently had an experience at the supermarket where I was denied the purchase because my 15-year-old friend was chatting with me as he headed towards the self-checkout to buy pineapple juice. Even though I am over 16 and capable of buying the drink, the cashier refused the sale due to my underage friend being nearby. It was quite frustrating and didn't seem to make much sense.
Virginia Ramirez (03/05/2025, 04:41):
A standard Tesco Extra store, although it does boast a Tesco-branded Cafe that is rather pleasant.
Isabella Phillips (02/05/2025, 15:43):
It's a massive shop and the team were incredibly helpful 👍...
Jonathan Collins (02/05/2025, 08:43):
There seems to be a bit of a kerfuffle at the self-service checkouts with the youthful staff more focused on each other than assisting customers. It's quite disconcerting when one must retreat to a staffed checkout due to lack of attention, only to be met with laughter. A total of six idle staff members was observed, giving the impression of a holiday camp rather than a place of business. The manager ought to take heed and address these behaviors promptly. Shopping here may not be the most pleasant experience at present.
Jordan Hall (29/04/2025, 21:25):
Hey Tesco, just wanted to give a shoutout for spicing up the fruit and veg arrangement at the Crieff Road store. It's a bit of a challenge for folks using mobility scooters or wheelchairs to reach the goodies tucked away at the back of those display boxes. Kudos to the brainiac who thought that was a stroke of genius! Cheers!
