Extremely helpful, gave them a ring to inquire about the items we were after and they confirmed they had them in stock. They even provided us with clear directions to their store. Outstanding service. This was at the Perth location. Much appreciated.
Beverly Brown (07/06/2025, 03:20):
This pharmacy is by far the most unhelpful I have ever been to. They completely refused to provide me with medication that should have been covered by the NHS health visitor scheme. On top of that, the pharmacist misdiagnosed a rash on my face as an insect bite when it turned out to be impetigo! I strongly advise steering clear of this pharmacy at all costs.
Grace King (04/06/2025, 22:44):
Always helpful when looking for beauty supplies.
Raymond Fisher (03/06/2025, 09:32):
I popped into the pharmacy to grab my prescription the other day, and let me tell you, the woman working there was an absolute gem! With loads of prescriptions to handle, she went above and beyond to locate mine because I urgently needed it. She could have easily asked me to come back another day, but she took the time to help me right then and there. Let's not forget about these unsung heroes while others are receiving all the praise.
Bryan Reed (29/05/2025, 17:48):
On me visit to the store on 12th June, I was attended by Rebecca who graciously assisted me with me shopping and expertly directed me to the right shades of nail varnish, eye shadow, and brow pencil, all of which turned out to be just perfect. Rebecca also enlightened me about Boots' speedy ordering service, which was news to me. Much obliged!
Michelle Coleman (29/05/2025, 09:20):
Placed an order online for Click & Collect, which is always a speedy and convenient service with a cheerful smile😁 ...
Stephen King (25/05/2025, 05:09):

Bobby Allen (23/05/2025, 20:12):
I wouldn't even bother with the eyewear department. My glasses were made incorrectly 3 times!
Stephanie Fisher (23/05/2025, 19:09):
Awful experience, mate. I've traveled far from home and realized I forgot my inhaler. Thought I could sort it out at Boots, my regular pharmacy back home. Boy, was I mistaken! They wanted me to prove I'm prescribed the medication, even though I didn't have it with me. If I had it, I wouldn't be at their store, would I? Tried calling my local Boots for help, but they wouldn't talk to them over the phone. The pharmacist at Boots in Perth seemed to revel in not assisting me. If I end up kicking the bucket from an asthma attack before reaching home, Boots in Perth and that pharmacist will have my demise on their conscience.
Layla James (23/05/2025, 14:52):

They have the most amazing selection of beauty products, from top-notch skincare to the latest makeup trends. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help me find the perfect products for my needs. I simply can't get enough of this place, it's like a beauty paradise! Trust me, if you haven't checked out the Beauty supply store yet, you're seriously missing out. Go on, treat yourself and thank me later! 💄💅🏼💋

The Boots eyecare team always delivers top-notch service and attention. I've been a loyal customer for years and I plan to stick with them.
Betty Hill (16/05/2025, 04:59):
Desperately asking for assistance with my 1-year-old daughter's medication, only to be told that it couldn't be changed in her case. I submitted the prescription at the end of August, was informed it would be available by the end of the month, but upon checking, it wasn't ready. Despite my efforts to explain the urgency of the situation, I was met with indifference. When I expressed my concern about running out of my daughter's medication, the response was callous, claiming it was no longer their responsibility. As a distressed mother, I felt helpless.

I even warned them that if my daughter suffered convulsions due to lack of medication, I would bring her directly to their front desk. As I walked away, the prescription was unprofessionally handed back to me, leaving me feeling dismissed and disrespected. I bid farewell, expressing my disappointment and stating that I would seek another pharmacy. Thank you, Boots, but my priority now is to secure my daughter's emergency medication every week.
Sharon Robinson (16/05/2025, 02:29):
I must say, the beauty supply store had all the essentials we were after. The cashier was a delight to chat with, she engaged in our conversation and made the whole experience even more pleasant.
