All the staff members are fantastic. My husband and I have been very well taken care of by pharmacist Steven and Gary, who are extremely helpful. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Thank you for all your assistance!
Mia Gonzales (30/06/2025, 13:19):
Terrible pharmacy. The staff can be quite unpleasant, and you might find yourself standing in line for more than an hour just to enter the pharmacy, let alone pick up your prescription.

I would recommend steering clear if possible.
Teresa Ramos (30/06/2025, 11:18):
Excuse me, what in the world has happened here? Where have the regular staff gone? It's taking an eternity for a prescription to be filled and ready. Clearly, something has gone terribly amiss at this establishment.
Albert Cox (29/06/2025, 19:25):
The staff were very helpful and welcoming.
Arthur Lee (28/06/2025, 19:33):
The staff at this pharmacy is just smashing - quick and ever so affable!
Roy Coleman (27/06/2025, 12:44):
The only reason it's a one-star rating is because that's the lowest I can give! One of the pharmacists behaves like a condescending jerk! I came in asking about anti-inflammatory medications for a Haemophiliac, as I have no knowledge on the subject, only to be spoken down to! It was a complete disaster!!
Joe Adams (26/06/2025, 16:01):
No issues here whatsoever, and if your prescription isn't ready, they'll whip it up in a jiffy for you to pick up.
Rose Sanchez (25/06/2025, 01:25):
I waited for five to ten minutes before being served and could have walked out without any stock as there was no one serving on the shop floor. They definitely need more staff to improve customer service.
Brandon Reyes (24/06/2025, 08:22):
I never had any issues with getting my medications on time, usually receiving them within 3 to 4 days.
Benjamin Thomas (23/06/2025, 07:12):
The customer service at this pharmacy is absolutely dreadful. It's the worst I've ever encountered.
Raymond Rogers (20/06/2025, 21:00):
What a nightmare! I absolutely hate having to go pick up my elderly mother's medication from a different Well pharmacy. They are simply not willing to compromise on their delivery process. It's truly disgusting.
Andrew Davis (20/06/2025, 17:12):
I’ve been having a rough time with the service lately at this pharmacy. My son requires a specific medication, and every time I inquire about its availability, they claim it’s not in stock. On occasion, they say they will order it, but upon follow-up, it's still unavailable. Today, my husband visited the pharmacy and witnessed a peculiar exchange. Two staff members were discussing the medicine behind the counter: one had a bottle in hand, indicating it was the only one in stock. The other staff member said, "they can't have it," and then proceeded to inform my husband that they were out of stock and offered him an alternative. It seems like she wasn’t truthful. I wonder how many times I've been misled as well. Why wouldn't they provide the last one available? Who could be holding it back? Overall, there appears to be a lack of willingness to assist.
Gabriel Sanders (17/06/2025, 23:34):
The staff here seems unwilling to assist. One feels like a bother to them. Quite impolite. Not worth recommending at all.
Charles Williams (17/06/2025, 05:56):
The staff be really friendly. It's a lovely pharmacy.
George Jenkins (17/06/2025, 03:32):
The team here is just dreadful. Utterly patronizing and rude.
Tyler Reyes (15/06/2025, 21:19):
The staff here are absolutely delightful and so helpful. It can get quite busy, but that's just because it's such a popular spot.
David Morales (14/06/2025, 13:18):
I found myself standing in a lengthy line this morning for a good 50 minutes, patiently waiting to pick up my 86-year-old father's prescription that wasn't delivered as promised yesterday. Just as I was about to enter the store, a staff member emerged and abruptly informed me and the others in line that they were closing up shop. Absolutely shameful.
Harold Graham (14/06/2025, 00:09):
I must say, I've had a rather disappointing experience with this pharmacy as of late. It seems to take an eternity for prescriptions to be filled. Sometimes it can take a week or even longer from the time it was sent by the doctor. They always promise to notify you when your prescription is ready, but it's quite frustrating when you submit a request a whole week before your current prescription runs out and end up having to show up on the day it expires only to find out it hasn't even been prepared yet. And then they act annoyed because you came in expecting it to be ready and they have to rush to get it done. Let's not forget the inconvenience of showing up at 11am only to see a sign on the door saying they're closed from 1pm to 2.45pm. On the bright side, Gary is consistently helpful and maintains a high level of professionalism.
Willie Hall (13/06/2025, 15:29):
I stood outside the chemist for a good 45 minutes, only to be informed that they were locking up shop and no one was getting their prescriptions. Outrageous, I say! This concerns people's well-being and lives, and it is not something to be taken lightly. This has been a recurring issue for weeks now! If they cannot offer the necessary service, they should cease accepting prescriptions and close down immediately. There could very well be dire consequences if this continues.
Johnny White (08/06/2025, 19:18):
I visited this pharmacy for the first time and I must say, the lady who was assisting customers lacked friendliness. She didn't use any polite words like please, thank you, or goodbye, which was quite surprising and disappointing in terms of customer service. Furthermore, she had trouble understanding a customer who repeatedly mentioned that her son's name was Muhammad. After four attempts, she still had to spell it out for the lady.
