Absolutely outrageous! Once again, my prescription has been mishandled by this pharmacy. I have been left without my medication for yet another month. It's impossible to reach them by phone; the call just gets disconnected.

I spoke to my doctor's office, and they explained that the pharmacy is understaffed and some branches are closed because of this issue. It's truly shocking. This establishment should be permanently closed down. They clearly have no regard for their customers.

I advise you to steer clear of this place. I am another dissatisfied customer who will be taking my business elsewhere.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the pharmacy recently. There was one employee who stood out - a short blond-haired woman with glasses. My father-in-law is battling terminal cancer, and she insisted that he come in person to pick up a month's worth of heavy prescription bottles. She lacked empathy and understanding compared to her brunette colleague who was tall, kind, and helpful. The management really needs to prioritize customer service training for her. It's crucial for her to learn how to treat everyone with respect, regardless of their background or circumstances, and to be polite and friendly. Dealing with health issues is serious business, and she needs to recognize that. I hope that management addresses this issue promptly. The customer service is downright dreadful, to be honest. You walk in and they don't greet you, some of them are chuckling amongst themselves like they're at a pub, they don't inquire if you require any further assistance... Every time you need your prescription, it feels like you're asking for a massive favor. Imagine how uncomfortable it is when you need to request medication for a sensitive issue. Naturally, they don't bid you farewell after handing over the prescription; you simply understand it's time to depart when they resume their hushed conversations and laughter.

The Manager, Louis, and Samantha are both fantastic individuals who are willing to go the extra mile to fulfill your needs, even if they don't have the item in stock. Conveniently located in the EH7 area, it's easily accessible from anywhere. I give it 5 stars!

This is my honest review, giving just 1 star. I have been living in the UK for almost 48 years and I have never seen anything like this before, and I assure you I'm not making this up.

I handed over my prescription to the gentleman, a Black man, just in case there were more men around. He proceeded to prepare the order without asking if it was okay, telling me to come back another day. Instead, he put the items in a bag and informed me that I would receive the rest on Monday. Politely, I mentioned that I would pick up everything on Monday and asked him to keep it for now. He pushed it towards me, but I declined and gently pushed it back. This exchange repeated itself until I finally relented and took the bag, setting it aside because I knew the complete order wouldn't be ready by Monday.

When Monday arrived, my suspicions were confirmed. All they seemed interested in was getting the money, showing little concern for the prescription holder. I returned with the full bag of medication, only to find the doors locked. They tried to shoo me away, but I gestured for them to open the door. Eventually, they complied, and a small, fierce lady resembling Chucky from a horror movie began shouting that they couldn't accept the return. I insisted that I wouldn't take it back, yet they didn't return my prescription either. The staff were so impolite, self-centered, and dishonest. It's clear they are aware of their deceitful ways. I vow never to step foot in a Well Pharmacy again. How they all managed to land their jobs remains a mystery to me.
