This fantastic store might not be your typical corner shop, but it's a decent-sized local store where you can grab anything last minute. With a convenient car park and friendly staff, it's definitely worth a visit.
Aaron Fisher (30/08/2025, 22:00):
I attempted to contact the superstore by telephone regarding lost items, only to be redirected to their customer service department with a 46-minute wait time. It would be much more convenient to have direct access to store personnel for such inquiries.
Janice Campbell (27/08/2025, 00:13):
It's a jolly good supermarket, I must say. A tad on the petite side, which suits me just fine as I happen to be disabled and find navigating the larger stores to be quite a bother. While it may not boast the same extensive range as the big supermarkets, it does stock all the essentials. I've found the fruits and vegetables to be of splendid quality and they keep rather well. The butcher and deli sections are top-notch as well. It may be a touch pricier than the major supermarkets, but I don't mind one bit as it's ever so convenient for me.
Patrick Thompson (23/08/2025, 15:48):
Fantastic service at the butcher's for the steak cuts, the butcher trims off the fat, etc. and great value. The shop is always bustling with activity, and the staff are so pleasant. Top-notch service!

Adjacent to the Morrisons supermarket is a pharmacy. Regrettably, I must express my disappointment with the service provided there. For anyone residing in the Carmondean vicinity, I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment and instead opting for the Deans pharmacy nearby.

The primary reason for my dissatisfaction stems from the rather unprofessional practice of staff members loudly discussing customers' prescriptions within earshot of others. Additionally, the service is excruciatingly slow, with employees seemingly prioritizing idle chatter over attending to patrons. On a particularly busy Tuesday afternoon, despite the presence of eight staff members, a queue of ten people formed in the cramped lobby. Astonishingly, a considerable portion of the staff engaged in conversation amongst themselves, neglecting two customers entirely while the rest of us were left waiting.

This neglectful behavior is truly disconcerting, especially considering the limited seating available. It is unacceptable to subject individuals, many of whom may be unwell or elderly, to extended wait times. In stark contrast, Deans pharmacy offers efficient service, with prescriptions dispensed promptly within five minutes. To avoid rude service and lengthy delays, I wholeheartedly encourage those seeking pharmaceutical assistance to patronize Deans pharmacy instead.

Can't purchase vegetarian groceries
I went to buy some hot food, but the lady at the counter was slicing meat without gloves and serving everyone with the same hands.
Also, I purchased a salad and discovered a worm in it, as shown in the attached picture.
Would not recommend buying salads from there.

A fantastic supermarket in Livingston with ample parking facilities. Within walking distance from Livingston North station. An excellent selection of products available.
Peter Young (19/08/2025, 17:48):
The security guard seems to have a penchant for assuming that anyone walking in wearing work attire must be up to no good! Quite unimpressed with this attitude. And don't even get me started on the steep prices!
Jessica Hayes (18/08/2025, 19:08):
Good selection and friendly staff. When you're looking for essentials without the hassle of crowds, this is a great place to shop.
Patrick Howard (18/08/2025, 08:25):
A weekly trip to Supermarket is an absolute must for me. Their amazing variety of products, especially their specials, always keeps me coming back for more. I have never been let down by the top-notch quality of their food, including their impressive free-from range.
Deborah Torres (17/08/2025, 02:19):
Fantastic little supermarket, may be on the smaller side but offers great value for your money. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist.
Billy Lee (16/08/2025, 07:15):
I managed to find what I was looking for but the quality of the plants was very disappointing.
Lauren Edwards (15/08/2025, 11:18):
My go-to spot for shopping in the neighborhood. Ample free parking available, can't fault Morrisons in any way.
Terry Torres (12/08/2025, 23:35):
My partner and I have had quite the ordeal with this shop, my 28-year-old partner being asked for ID by a 16-year-old for rockstar energy juice! Can you believe it? My partner was in his work uniform, and the girl kept going on about this challenge 25 thing which doesn't even apply to energy drinks as they don't have alcohol in them! They flat out refused to sell it to him without ID, so he just left. And to top it off, I got shortchanged. I walked in with £9 to grab a few things, was keeping track of the total cost, and when it came time to pay, the cashier says it's £9.50, even though I had counted the money beforehand. I handed over the extra, but then he claimed I was still £1.18 short! What a rip-off. I won't be returning, even though I used to be a regular customer and never had any issues until now.

Lovely little spot with a welcoming team...
Teresa Hamilton (11/08/2025, 20:11):
I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Debbie and Fiona for nominating me for the Christmas dinner at St. Andrews Church in Livingston. I had a truly wonderful experience, thoroughly enjoying my meal and receiving lovely presents from the kind-hearted individuals around me. The camaraderie was exceptional and everyone I met was extremely friendly. Thank you for giving me a Christmas to cherish and remember. The overwhelming joy I felt upon returning home brought tears to my eyes - it truly was a remarkable experience. Thank you immensely for making my Christmas infinitely better than spending it alone.
Albert Simmons (10/08/2025, 19:16):
Absolutely smashing store, I must say! The chaps on staff are top-notch. Lovely atmosphere upon entry, I've made it a habit to frequent this establishment. A solid 10 out of 10 in my books! Cheers!
Johnny Phillips (08/08/2025, 09:27):
Great variety of groceries and the team is always so friendly and accommodating.
Lauren Wright (08/08/2025, 06:32):
The Supermarket was absolutely brilliant! It was a massive, squeaky-clean store with the friendliest and most helpful staff.
Kenneth Hill (06/08/2025, 17:27):
I can't believe what I'm seeing, mate! There are blokes walking around without masks and no one's saying a word. The security team has been instructed not to confront them because profits come first. It's a disgrace! These places should be shut down or hit with a hefty fine for putting lives at risk.
