The staff was extremely helpful in providing guidance on obtaining Calpol through the NHS instead of purchasing it for my 9-year-old grandson who recently contracted COVID. They also recommended a skincare cream for his eczema, which had worsened. My daughter is a hardworking single mother, and every bit of assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much to the ladies at the pharmacy for their support.

The queues were as long as the river Thames, I had to make 3 trips in 2 weeks just to pick up ONE prescription - and they still hadn't prepared it. The staff simply advised me to return. The only positive was when they provided me with 'emergency' 5-day prescriptions to keep me going until they sorted themselves out.
If you require a prescription, either submit it 3 weeks in advance or seek an alternative pharmacy.

I have been trying tirelessly to reach out to renew my husband's prescription, but alas, the phone number seems to be unattainable. Every time I dial 0345, it is either too busy to get through or it simply hangs up on me. This level of incompetence in service is truly frustrating.

I must say, the customer service at this pharmacy leaves much to be desired. I was provided with conflicting information by two different staff members, leading to several unnecessary visits. And don't even get me started on trying to reach them by phone - it's like they never pick up, making me trek back to the pharmacy once again. Quite frustrating, I must say.

Absolutely dreadful experience at this establishment, I must say... The lack of acknowledgment and attention from the staff was truly disheartening. While I patiently awaited service, they seemed more interested in their own conversations rather than assisting me 😞 😞 😞 And to top it off, they were out of latex gloves! I mean, really? Last time I checked, this was a pharmacy, not a car wash. How can they be out of such a basic essential item?

I must say, I am rather surprised by the unprofessional demeanor of the pharmacy staff. Their aloof and somewhat condescending attitude leaves much to be desired. It would greatly benefit them to undergo some training in interpersonal skills, as a smile and friendly demeanor can go a long way in customer service.
