It's absolutely appalling how transgender customers are being mistreated at this pharmacy. Despite my prescriptions clearly stating my title as "Mr.," the staff continued to address me as "hen" or "honey" multiple times, even after I corrected them. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and I will make sure to steer clear of this pharmacy in the future.

The queue at this pharmacy is always massive and the staff are incredibly unhelpful with a bad attitude. There are plenty of employees standing around gossiping, so it's not a lack of staff that's the issue! They don't seem to grasp the urgency of customers needing their medication and show little compassion when they run out of stock.

The pharmacy in Livingston is just dreadful, I must say. The customer service is completely lacking. They make you wait for what feels like an eternity without so much as an apology or a simple "we'll be with you shortly." You've got one poor soul behind the counter trying to handle everything while plenty of other staff members linger in the background, not lifting a finger to assist. It's clear that some serious training is needed in that place.

This pharmacy is an absolute nightmare. I am forced to use it due to limited options in the area. Customers are made to wait outside in a queue, rain or shine, and it can take forever. They never have more than one staff member assisting customers, which is completely insufficient for the amount of people they serve. If you prefer to avoid frustration and aggravation, steer clear of this place!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. The customer service is absolutely shocking. I handed in my prescription and was told it would be a half-hour wait, which I didn't mind. However, when they were behind the counter, they were talking about customers in a negative way, thinking that the public couldn't hear them. When I confronted them about this behavior, all they could say was that it's been a busy day. That does not give anyone the right to degrade customers.

I went to see my GP over 3 months ago, and they prescribed me some medication. I visited this Morrisons Pharmacy around 3 times in the next month to inquire about my prescribed medicine. However, on each occasion, they informed me that the medicine was not yet available and assured me they would get in touch once it was ready. It has now been several months, and I have yet to hear from them regarding my prescribed medication. I am extremely let down by their unprofessionalism and subpar service.

The personnel at the pharmacy are just downright rude.
I'm feeling poorly at present, and as a result can get a bit muddled. Upon arriving to pick up my prescription, the woman assisting me snapped at me and rolled her eyes, saying it would be an hour before prescriptions were ready, then turned away from me.

Feeling confused, I left the pharmacy and stood outside trying to figure out what to do next.

Upon re-entering the pharmacy, the same woman helped me and immediately started laughing at me in an aggressive manner, telling me she couldn't understand why I had left.

After leaving the store, I could still hear her laughing and gossiping about me to other staff at the counter.

I am absolutely shocked and appalled by how rude and patronizing this individual was. In a state of confusion and illness, her complete lack of customer service left me feeling small, diminished, and deeply upset.
