I must say, I am quite pleased with the attention my cat Jaz received during her emergency situation. We are currently being cared for at Village Vets in Longniddry, and E-vets are associated with Braid for emergencies. Even though the pandemic looms, we were met with compassion and kindness, and they did everything possible for her. Sadly, she did not pull through, but the staff took great care of us all. A big thank you is in order.
I've been attending Braid Vets for quite some time now, and I must say, I am thoroughly pleased with the service provided. The vets there clearly show genuine care and concern for each and every animal that comes through their doors.
The reception staff are also top-notch - extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. I have complete trust in Braid Vets to look after my cat and prioritize her well-being every time she pays a visit, be it for a regular check-up or a specific health issue.
It's a sorrowful memory, but I had to make the difficult decision to have my other cat put to rest two years back (during lockdown). It was a heart-wrenching and distressing time for me, but the vets and staff at Braid Vets were incredibly compassionate and understanding, and I was truly grateful for everything they did.

After waiting 6 days for my package, I reached out to them only to discover that one of the items I had ordered and paid for was not even in stock. So, don't assume your item is available just because you've paid for it. I suggest checking out viovet instead, as they clearly list items that are out of stock.
I was quite apprehensive when I rushed my Jack Russell Terrier, Daisy, in for an emergency visit, but veterinary nurse Cheryl quickly calmed my nerves. The veterinarian, Lucas, conducted a comprehensive examination of Daisy and handled her with great care. He took the time to explain the treatment plan and offered me some valuable advice on maintaining her well-being moving forward. Both Lucas and Cheryl exemplified kindness and professionalism, and I wholeheartedly endorse their services.
Fantastic veterinarians, always so patient with my kitty and they have excellent availability for appointments. I absolutely adore the healthcare plan as it’s a wonderful way to pay monthly for vaccines and flea treatments.
Today my son's furry companion underwent a tooth extraction procedure at Braids Vet. The exceptional care and affection provided to him by the staff were truly remarkable ❤️ I am truly grateful for their dedication. They truly went above and beyond for Harley today X

Their expertise, state-of-the-art equipment, and compassionate care are truly exceptional. Their patience, kindness, and understanding of the deep bond between pets and their owners is remarkable. I rely on them to always prioritize the well-being of my animals. I cannot imagine not having them by my side. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.
Our tiny cat went in yesterday for a heart murmur. I just want to thank Jaou (apologies if I've misspelled your name) the vet for taking care of her so well and explaining everything so clearly. Hopefully it will be 6 months before she crosses paths with you again.
E-Vets looked after my sick pup twice last week. Once when he was in a critical condition. They stabilized him and made sure he was well enough to be transferred to the pet hospital. But what really impressed me was that Giuseppe, the vet on duty those evenings, called me the next night just to check on him. Their genuine care and concern really stood out to me.
We had to make an emergency appointment for our old Siamese cat. The call handler was really efficient and explained the procedure for our appointment well. When we arrived, we were cheerily shown in. Our vet was Struan Muirhead and we felt in safe, straightforward hands. Struan explained everything to us in a way we could understand and was most helpful in explaining how to administer the treatment. Many thanks.
A hospitable and nurturing veterinary practice indeed. My feline companions have received exceptional and affectionate care ranging from routine check-ups to urgent medical attention. The staff consistently take the time to thoroughly explain all treatments, associated costs, and future recommendations without applying any undue pressure. I particularly appreciate the convenience of having an on-site hospital facility, which facilitated seamless overnight emergency care followed by morning follow-up treatment all under one roof. Bonus points for offering parking amenities!
My experience at the veterinarian was absolutely fantastic! The staff were friendly, highly skilled, and incredibly efficient. They handled my pet with the utmost care and gentleness. As a wheelchair user, I was treated with such respect and compassion. A huge thank you to Braids for providing such wonderful service.
I do wish there was a way for us to easily connect and share our pet photos and quick questions with the veterinarian. It would be great to have a dedicated platform where we could chat, address concerns, and upload all of those adorable pet 'selfies'. Perhaps there is already such an option available, and I just haven't come across it yet.

The care Lottie, our beloved Maltese, receives at Braid Vets is truly exceptional. From the friendly reception staff to the attentive vet nurses and veterinarians, they always provide top-notch care and even give her some extra love and cuddles. We have been loyal clients of Braid Vets for around 30 years, and we have never even thought about switching to another veterinary practice. I have enthusiastically recommended Braid Vets to numerous friends, and I will definitely keep spreading the word about their outstanding service.
What an incredible and compassionate team. We brought Alfie, a gorgeous white West Highland Terrier, to their practice early on Monday morning. He was a truly amazing and lovely boy. Sadly, he couldn't hold on long enough for the team to work their magic, but they were incredibly caring, respectful, and understanding during our time of loss. These are wonderful individuals who deal with such situations daily. I have total respect for them, and I hope they continue their great work because there will always be moments where they have the opportunity to save a precious soul.
Lack of transparency and trust is a recurring issue here. I took my doggo in for surgery, only to be hit with a doubled cost due to a sudden policy change. It wouldn't have been a problem if they had informed me beforehand. This has happened to me twice now. I only discovered the increased cost when picking up my pet. I suggest seeking out a more reliable veterinarian.
Incredible team at Braid Vets! They swiftly diagnosed my pup after two weeks of uncertainty about his illness, and promptly performed surgery to save his life. I am extremely grateful for the exceptional care provided by the staff. I highly recommend Braid Vets for their outstanding services.
