Donna Price (22/08/2025, 14:44):
Everything is fine, but the shopping carts are dreadful and urgently need to be replaced. The staff is lovely, but proper attention must be given to maintaining the shopping carts.
Michelle Cooper (22/08/2025, 14:40):
I fancy a vegan BBQ pizza, but they had none left. I settled for a veggie supreme instead, and the lass inquired if I was a veggie or vegan. She then proceeded to unveil fresh items to prevent any cross-contamination. A delightful gesture. Sadly, I failed to catch her name, but this occurred on the evening of the 20th around seven o'clock.
Denise Morales (21/08/2025, 21:57):
The staff at the restaurant were very helpful, but oh my, the two toasted sandwiches were absolutely dreadful! They should never have been served to anyone, and to top it off, the cup was dirty. What a disappointing experience!
Deborah King (20/08/2025, 01:33):
Generally, it's usually fine... but today was really terrible. There was only one person at the checkout and return counter. Absolutely no assistance. After waiting for 20 minutes at the returns, the last person decided to mention, "Oh, it's just one line... go to the checkout side!" I waited another 20 minutes... and then, out of nowhere, another Asda employee appeared to help with the sudden rush. The returns line now has 12 people waiting. No apologies whatsoever.
Justin Graham (18/08/2025, 18:03):
I would like to express my gratitude to the wonderful staff at Supermarket! During a recent visit, I encountered some difficulties and your checkout team was there to assist me. Your kindness and support truly touched my heart. I am sending you all my best wishes for good health during these challenging times.
Madison Gutierrez (18/08/2025, 02:01):
I frequently visit this Asda which is conveniently located near me. It's my go-to supermarket and I always find it quite amusing to overhear people sharing their life stories and problems while navigating the aisles. It adds a bit of unexpected entertainment to my shopping experience!
Juan Edwards (14/08/2025, 12:48):
Popped into the supermarket to return a parcel and ended up picking up some Christmas goodies while I was there. So convenient!
Brandon Clark (13/08/2025, 06:15):
I've just experienced a rather embarrassing situation with a staff member at the cigarette counter. I mistakenly stood in the wrong part of the queue, and instead of politely serving me and clarifying the situation, she raised her voice and publicly humiliated me. The two individuals queuing correctly had just arrived, making it clear that I was there first and not attempting to cut the line. This kind of conduct from a staff member is simply unacceptable.
Heather King (13/08/2025, 05:39):
The store is decent overall.
However, when I requested to use the accessible restroom located near the entrance on the first floor, I was informed that the restrooms were on the upper floor. Not all disabilities are immediately apparent, like the security desk personnel assumed when I asked to use the accessible restroom. I am aware that they have the keys as I have used them previously, albeit with a different staff member. As a person with disabilities, I should not be made to feel compelled to show my disability card as proof! Terrible attitude. Judging one's disability based on appearance is unacceptable.
Virginia Hughes (13/08/2025, 01:39):
Just popped into the store today and couldn't help but notice a few staff members wearing their masks under their chin, rather than properly. They were reminding customers to wear theirs though. The checkout tills were efficient, but overall, there's room for improvement. Cheers!
Cynthia Morales (11/08/2025, 11:41):
Lovely Asda. Always a jolly good time ;)
Roy Lee (06/08/2025, 11:48):
This Supermarket offers a wide range of products. The quality of the food is generally good, although the fruit and vegetables are not always as fresh as desired. I find the George section particularly appealing for women's clothing; the sizing tends to be accurate. However, the downside is the pricing, which can be on the higher side. Additionally, it seems like the prices fluctuate each time you visit, which can be frustrating.
Jeremy Graham (05/08/2025, 23:47):
Affordable tees available on the upper level, potent libations served below
Parking lot layout reminiscent of a sadist's handiwork
Delightful to-go salads on offer
Rachel Foster (02/08/2025, 17:41):
Oi mate, the sign says it's open 24 hours but actually opens at 5am. Cheers!
Rachel Turner (02/08/2025, 16:41):
Outstanding customer service and assistance, top-notch!
Kelly Williams (01/08/2025, 01:55):
We will head out and only a limited number of people will be allowed in, with sanitation stations available.
John Cook (29/07/2025, 15:36):
I always manage to get everything we need at this place. The kids absolutely love the café here!
John Sanders (29/07/2025, 08:32):
Take a gander at your receipts, you're sure to have been hit with double the cost for one or a few items based on the size of your recent shopping excursion. And if you happen to be in a wheelchair, good luck navigating the store as thoughtless car owners clog the pathways with their carts. Be cautious when utilizing the zebra crossing right at the entrance, as a surprisingly high number of drivers have nearly collided with me or come perilously close to running over my foot. Motherwell Asda is incredibly frustrating.

Update: This establishment continues to overcharge patrons 😐 and has started randomly shutting its doors after midnight during the week, despite the sign outside claiming 24-hour operation. Carts still obstruct the main thoroughfare and the zebra crossing is in dire need of a fresh coat of paint. Drivers are getting uncomfortably close to pedestrians, and it seems the crossing lights may not even be functional. If I'm struck while crossing, rest assured I will be pursuing legal action against Asda and the driver. The nerve of overcharging customers!
Vincent Anderson (28/07/2025, 12:13):
Supposed to be open 24 hours, but the Motherwell store is closed at 4:15 am. Quite a disappointment. If the store won't be open 24 hours, they should take down the sign.
Joshua Campbell (28/07/2025, 07:31):
Could someone kindly elucidate why there appears to be meat and chicken nearly a week past their sell-by date on the shelves of the store I visited today? I stumbled upon several products egregiously expired! One must exercise caution, for this negligence may very well lead to dire consequences. Alas, I shall not be patronizing Asda henceforth. It seems the standards in this establishment are deteriorating rapidly.
