They keep insisting that a pram is not a trolley. And the fact that I have to go to the basket tills with a pram full of products is just ridiculous. There's no space to park the pram there. According to them, I should take a trolley and push both the pram and the trolley at the same time. I am fed up with these silly formalities. They should try doing it themselves first, especially with a crying child all day.

I popped into the store to grab a custom pizza, but as usual, the sign said it was temporarily unavailable. I've been there about 20 times and only managed to get a pizza made three times, and that's only when Haley is working. Today, fortunately, there were plenty available. It's definitely the worst Asda around. I've visited at various times, so it can't be just a timing issue.

This store is rather disappointing. It has been progressively declining since it changed ownership from Walmart. There is always a shortage of cashiers and a strong reliance on self-service, even when you have a full cart of groceries. Surprisingly, there are no staff at the checkout overnight. Customers should receive consistent service at 3 am as they would at 3 pm, considering they are paying the same amount for their purchases. The variety has decreased, with fewer options available and a spotlight on only 2 or 3 brands. The employees are okay but seem unenthusiastic and not very accommodating.

I had a desperate need to use the bathroom at the supermarket, but I couldn't find the entrance because I arrived from the tram side. I accidentally opened the exit gate and was scolded by a rather rude security guard for my mistake. I understand that I shouldn't have used the exit, but I was in a lot of pain due to a kidney issue. The guard could have handled the situation more professionally by having someone escort me to the restroom and then back out. My behavior was incorrect, but I have never encountered such unprofessionalism from a security guard before. If you're in need of a quick restroom break, it seems that it's not allowed according to this particular security guard at ASDA. Perhaps he should consider retaking his security guard bouncer exam and treating regular customers with more respect.

It's currently 0802 and my click and collect slot was scheduled for 0730 to 0800, but there's still nobody here. I went through the app to notify them of my arrival, but no response. When attempting to ring the store, they simply disconnect the call. What's the point of providing time slots if the service cannot be upheld?

I was quite chuffed with Asda until I caught wind of some unsavory tales, but didn't pay it much mind. Then this evening, I purchased some rice cakes for my little one (Organixs rice cake) and lo and behold, we discovered a live worm in it! I feel dreadful as I had placed my trust in Asda for my wee bairn. Mind yourselves when selecting items for your tiny tots from the supermarkets.
