Absolutely dreadful service, incredibly slow and completely clueless about their work. It's clear they have no regard for their customers. I would rate them 1 star, but they truly deserve negative stars! Utterly disappointing experience.

I am a diabetic and I needed to locate a Pharmacy that provides a needle exchange program. The Pharmacy I previously utilized discontinued this service without any warning. Fortunately, the Lindsay & Gilmore branch was extremely accommodating. The Pharmacy staff member I conversed with over the phone was excellent; they provided me with directions to the Pharmacy, informed me of their operating hours, and also advised on the latest daily time for returning sharps boxes. I was truly impressed.

Moreover, the recurring prescription service can be rather erratic: prescriptions are often delayed, mistakenly sent to different branches, or incomplete. It might be advisable to consider transferring your prescriptions to Lloyds Pharmacy for a more reliable service.

This establishment is a complete joke. I entered with my prescription, the staff aware of my presence. They were too engrossed in conversation and showed no regard for customers. I stood there for approximately 15 minutes until I had to raise my voice to request service. Absolutely absurd.

I must say, I am absolutely astounded by the recurring errors that seem to plague this pharmacy when it comes to handling my prescriptions. It leaves me wondering if they have some knowledge of my previous life, or if this is just sheer incompetence. We are all prone to mistakes, but it truly baffles me how two different staff members can overlook the same error multiple times, despite the fact that prescriptions are supposed to be scrutinized and double-checked. I mean, there's quite a difference between 20 tablets of 10mg and 20 tablets of 2mg, isn't there? How did the second staff member fail to catch such a glaring mistake during the verification process?

On the customer service front, I have encountered a mix of experiences. Some members of the staff are courteous and helpful, without passing any judgment, while others can be rather dismissive, leaving you stranded and waiting for assistance for what feels like an eternity. And in some instances, they may even become confrontational when asked for help, which can come across as rather insulting to one's intelligence.
