I have had quite a bad experience with this pharmacy. Some of the staff members were extremely rude, to the point where I had to complain to the store manager about their behavior. On top of that, they were unable to deliver my medication due to not having a driver available. This isn't the first time this issue has occurred. I will definitely be avoiding this store in the future.

I popped into the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions and was met by a rather cheeky young lad with a bit of an attitude. Hopefully, another chemist will open up in Calderwood soon so I won't have to return. Perhaps he should observe his coworkers and see how friendly and courteous they are with customers.

You're waiting 20 minutes to drop off your prescription and another 20 minutes to pick it up. They really need to hire more staff here. Perhaps they could think about implementing a drop-off service for prescriptions. It's not the staff's fault, they're just overwhelmed with work.

I had spoken to a member of staff last week regarding a shortage in my wife's prescription and was assured that I could come back after Tuesday of the following week to collect the missing tablets as it had been noted down. However, when I returned on Wednesday, the staff claimed to have no knowledge of any such shortfall. I was then instructed to go back home, retrieve the incomplete box, and return for a third attempt. To my surprise, I was accused of making derogatory remarks in the shop, which I vehemently denied. I suggested they review the CCTV footage to confirm that it was actually another customer who had expressed dissatisfaction with their service, not me. All I wanted to do was address the issue of the missing tablets from the prescription, following their own instructions, but instead, I was met with accusations of repetition and derogatory comments. It was truly shocking to encounter such poor service from individuals who should strive for accuracy. Furthermore, they failed to notify me of the prescription shortage when I initially picked it up. Rather than taking responsibility for their mistake, they opted to insult the customer. To say I am outraged would be an understatement.

The service at the store is dreadfully sluggish. Prescriptions forwarded by my GP (not on repeat) are processed off-site, so there's no chance to collect them promptly, which is utterly futile for a condition requiring immediate treatment.
