The staff at this pharmacy are just not up to scratch, I tell you. They seem to have no interest in doing their job properly. Either they misplace prescriptions or can't be bothered to find them. My doctor sent over the same prescription twice and it's like nobody even wants to make an effort to locate it. It's a right hassle, I'm telling you.

I had a really bad experience at this pharmacy. The staff seemed disinterested and didn't even bother to check for prescriptions in their emails. It's clear they need to make some changes in their team and focus on providing better quality care. Some employees come across as arrogant and don't seem to care about helping patients.

Oh dear, what a dreadful experience at the pharmacy! I went to collect my medication last week, but when I checked the bags on Monday morning, I realized they had forgotten to include one of the most crucial tablets I needed for my heart failure. I called on Monday and was assured they would provide the tablets for me to pick up. However, when I went to collect them today, Tuesday, I was informed that I couldn't receive them as there was no pharmacist available; one was supposedly coming from Edinburgh later in the day. I always thought prescription medications were double-checked by multiple individuals, so this seems like sheer INCOMPETENCE to me. There was no apology or explanation provided, just a disgraceful display of incompetence from the staff. This is not the first time I've encountered issues with this pharmacy - they seem clueless, with four or five employees standing around while customers have to wait for their service. The shop, the staff, and the company as a whole are simply disgraceful. To top it off, they don't even bother to answer complaints over the phone. I will definitely be reaching out to the Ombudsman about this.

The staff is quite rude, always in a rush as if you're bothering them by entering the store. They never pick up the phone, seriously lacking in customer service skills. Definitely room for improvement in this area.
