The Beauty Supply Store Boots located in Glenrothes is a notable destination for in-store shopping, catering to a wide range of customer needs. With its varied selection of health and beauty products, it's essential to understand what to expect when visiting this store.

Accessibility and Convenience

Accessibility is a priority at the Boots store in Glenrothes. The wheelchair-accessible car park ensures that customers with mobility challenges can easily reach the store. Moreover, the wheelchair-accessible entrance allows for seamless access, making the shopping experience enjoyable for everyone.

Payment Options

Customers will find multiple payment options available at Boots. Service Options and In-Store Shopping Experience

The store offers several service options, including in-store pick-up and the ability to order items online for delivery. However, feedback from customers indicates inconsistencies in stock levels and staffing. I must say, the ladies at this beauty supply store were incredibly helpful when I went in to inquire about a rather personal matter. I am truly grateful for their assistance and expertise. Thank you, ladies!
Ruth Price (24/04/2025, 15:05):
The staff at this beauty supply store consistently goes the extra mile for customers. Even when they are unable to assist, they maintain a polite and respectful demeanor while offering explanations, rather than being dismissive.
Vincent Nelson (23/04/2025, 22:33):
This store is always well stocked and bustling with activity at the counter and in the pharmacy.
Walter Barnes (22/04/2025, 20:37):
The staff was brilliant, but I must admit I was a bit gutted that I couldn't use my points to purchase Baby Milk. What's the deal with BOOTS' policy? My granddaughter couldn't breastfeed, so I went to get formula milk and was informed that I couldn't redeem my points for it.
Edward Howard (22/04/2025, 09:47):
I usually pick up my repeat prescriptions at Boots and would always swing by on a Sunday to grab them. Suddenly, they stopped opening on Sundays, catching me off guard. I had to go back on Monday morning, causing me to be an hour late for work. Quite frustrating, I must say!
Joshua Reyes (22/04/2025, 08:49):
Great range of products, but on the pricier side compared to other big-name drugstores.
Sara Graham (22/04/2025, 07:11):
Boots has truly transformed itself with the introduction of more affordable options, such as fantastic 3 for 2 deals and generous discounts on select products. They offer a wide range of makeup products catering to both high-end and budget-conscious shoppers. In addition, they have a decent selection of vitamins and medicines, complementing their pharmacy services. Plus, their loyalty card is one of the best in the market!
David Brown (21/04/2025, 06:17):
As a beauty supply store, I would rate it a 5, but as a pharmacy, I would have to rate it a -5. The waiting time is absolutely dreadful.
Benjamin Myers (20/04/2025, 07:48):
The staff is so friendly and professional, there are tons of great deals, and they have a wide selection of makeup.
Matthew Young (20/04/2025, 06:41):
I reckon 99% of boots the chemists are absolutely splendid. However, they do tend to go overboard with the attention for some customers, leaving us regular folk who just want to get our goods and go waiting a wee bit longer. By the way, that cheeky lady in Saltcoats about 6 years back was probably part of that 1%. But hey, no hard feelings!
Lawrence Brooks (19/04/2025, 22:02):
I am absolutely chuffed with the lovely bits and bobs. Cheers!
Stephen Long (19/04/2025, 13:21):
A quite basic store when compared to others. The only checkout available is towards the rear of the store where prescriptions are dispensed. The shelves are not well stocked, and locating a staff member on the shop floor isn't easy. Overall, it's a poorly laid out store... I used to enjoy going to Boots!
