Closed when they fancy, can't depend on this branch whatsoever.
Patrick Cooper (09/06/2025, 07:53):
Absolutely dreadful experience. Waited outside for over 30 minutes. Finally managed to get inside and requested some UTI relief, only to be met with a dismissive eye roll and a sigh from the staff member, who refused to help and directed me elsewhere. I wouldn't even consider giving them a single star if it was possible.
William Perry (07/06/2025, 01:16):
I am so glad that the dears have made their presence known in this Pharmacy blog. Their insights and expertise bring a new level of knowledge and understanding to the discussion. Cheers to the dears!
Judy Price (03/06/2025, 05:16):
The chemist was great, quick and convenient for me.
Rebecca Hernandez (30/05/2025, 06:37):
This establishment is a gem in the neighborhood, often bustling with activity. The organization and inventory are top-notch, and the employees are consistently available to provide assistance.
Thomas Robinson (29/05/2025, 02:56):
The front desk team at this pharmacy are lovely, chatty and super professional. However, collecting prescriptions can be an absolute nightmare. I was there for over an hour yesterday and still didn't get my meds. The pharmacist works at a snail's pace and appears to struggle to keep up with the demands of the customers. Pretty disappointed with the service, to be honest.
Jack Phillips (27/05/2025, 19:49):
My daughter went to collect a part of my prescription on 13/03/20 which was out of stock. I had called in the morning and was informed that it was ready for collection. However, when my daughter requested it, she was informed that it was unavailable. Now, as a high-risk individual with COPD and other ailments, I must personally visit the pharmacy to retrieve the prescription, exposing not only myself but also others in the community to risk due to incompetence. While the staff is pleasant, it does little to alleviate the frustration caused by their apparent lack of care or awareness for others’ well-being in these challenging times. I would rate this experience as 0 if possible. NOT HAPPY.
Steven Brooks (27/05/2025, 10:55):
I just wanted to let y'all know that the work hours for the pharmacy should be updated online. They actually close at 5pm, not at 6pm as it currently shows. Just a heads up for anyone planning to swing by after work!
Amelia Jones (19/05/2025, 21:11):
Great pharmacy, fast service and friendly staff. They really came through for me in a tough spot.
Danielle Morgan (17/05/2025, 01:45):
This wee pharmacy is a gem! The service was quick and efficient, I was in and out in no time. Would definitely recommend for all your pharmacy needs.
David Collins (14/05/2025, 17:41):
Not good at all, had two problems with this pharmacy.
The first issue was that my daughter's prescription was dispensed incorrectly TWICE, and both times two staff members had checked it. The first time, I received an apology from the head office and was assured that it wouldn't happen again as they had placed a "red marker" between the medications to remind staff to double check before dispensing. But now it's happened again??? Very unhappy.
The second problem was when I was at Glenwood center at 5:55 pm, the pharmacy doors were already closed and a staff member was standing guard as customers left (store closes at 6pm). A woman arrived at the door and explained to the staff member that the prescription she had was for a sick child, but the staff member said no!!!! Where is the compassion? We have all had sick children and it's not a pleasant experience :(
Charlotte Torres (13/05/2025, 05:36):
Always busy, takes ages to wait for anything. The staff are working flat out trying to keep up. The store could benefit from a more streamlined service for prescriptions and/or additional staff.
Victoria Rodriguez (12/05/2025, 11:12):
Either it's closed, there's no pharmacist available, or the prescription isn't ready. Going to another pharmacy is the way forward.
Brenda Campbell (11/05/2025, 08:00):
I had a right mare with this place, mate! Went round at 9 thinking they were open, but some dodgy handwritten sign on the door said they'd open at 10. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and came back at 10, only to find out they weren't opening till 12! Proper messed up, innit? Hope no one's in dire need of their meds, 'cause they're likely out of luck. Proper peed off! 😡
William Gutierrez (09/05/2025, 14:57):
After going through a right mess for months with most of the staff leaving "understandably", the woman who took charge in the thick of it all has managed to keep things on an even keel. She's truly done commendable work under some very trying circumstances, and the current staff there have been unwavering in their support of Julie. The service is as good as it can be given the curveballs they've been thrown. J.R.B.
Mary Kim (08/05/2025, 12:11):
Ordering a prescription over the phone is quite absurd, I must say.
Justin Garcia (07/05/2025, 08:47):
The service at this establishment is simply dreadful. I have no intention of returning in the future.
Thomas Lewis (06/05/2025, 23:22):
This pharmacy is simply dreadful, they never pick up the phone when you need to order a prescription. And even when they finally give you a pick-up date, you show up and they tell you it's not ready yet, asking you to come back in an hour. This has happened to me on numerous occasions. Something must be done about this place, as this has been going on for years now.
Louis Jenkins (01/05/2025, 04:16):
The staff at this pharmacy were absolutely lovely, especially when you compare them to another well-known high street chemist. Top-notch service all around!
Riley Ford (29/04/2025, 01:13):
The pace was slow and there were barely any staff members working during my visit. The new employees seemed inexperienced and were lacking proper training. Due to this, I was not satisfied with my experience and will not be returning.
