Sometimes they crash the computer. Medications are not always chosen on time, resulting in delays of up to a week. The service tends to change frequently. However, the two senior ladies who work there are the kindest and most helpful. Thank you.

Outrageous service, the staff is quite impolite. I would not suggest visiting this place. They also have a sketchy pharmacist.
Louis Cox (21/04/2025, 21:07):
The travesty of it all is that I must begrudgingly award a single star to this woeful pharmacy in Fife. They close shop whenever they please, shutting their doors at the unfathomable hour of 12:00 in the afternoon on the dot. Attempting to collect my vital weekly prescription has become a harrowing ordeal, one that I simply cannot afford to forego. This vexing state of affairs has persisted for a number of years now, and though I hold no ill will towards the diligent staff, it is apparent that the fault lies squarely with the pharmacy itself. Surely, the task of preparing prescriptions cannot be as arduous as they make it out to be – it has become a matter far beyond the realms of mere jest.
Olivia Reyes (20/04/2025, 04:54):
A lot of the old reviews for this establishment are a bit dated and no longer relevant. The folks at Dears and the team have truly transformed this place for the best. The atmosphere is delightful, the staff are friendly and efficient, and they really deliver results.
Larry Reed (20/04/2025, 04:38):
So, I went to the pharmacy last Saturday at around 1pm, and guess what? It was closed! But get this, the automated phone service told me they were open until 4pm, and their website said they closed at 5pm. What a mess, right? Can't trust anything these days!
Russell Hamilton (18/04/2025, 18:29):
Ah, what a bustling wee spot, but ye can always find a place to park. The staff are so polite and helpful, aye.
