Moreover, the wheelchair-accessible entrance allows for seamless access, making the shopping experience enjoyable for everyone.

Payment Options

Customers will find multiple payment options available at Boots. Absolutely top-notch service from this renowned retailer. I was fortunate to snag the No.7 Beauty Advent Calendar. 🎄 Highly recommend!
Timothy Wilson (15/05/2025, 06:59):
It was a cracking shopping experience at this beauty supply store. The aisles were well marked out, making it a breeze to find what I needed. Cheers to their organization!
Jean Martin (12/05/2025, 19:03):
This store is always buzzing with activity, but the staff is incredibly polite and helpful.
Harold Thomas (12/05/2025, 18:21):
Loads of great deals, convenient location in Kingdom Centre, and complimentary parking available.
Elizabeth Harris (10/05/2025, 22:44):
There was only one register open in the entire store (even on a Saturday). I had to ask the lady at the checkout about a side effect of some tablets, and she assured me it was fine. However, upon further research, I discovered it was not okay. It took me 5 minutes to get a refund, with a long line forming behind me. The staff are usually friendly, albeit a bit overstretched. They have a decent selection, but the stock is quite limited. For a better variety, it's advisable to head to Kirkcaldy retail park. The store looks outdated and worn-out now, and the range of baby food has significantly decreased. It's been going downhill over the past year or so. Update: there's still only one cash register open, and the stock is even more limited. The staff are pleasant but clearly overwhelmed. Avoid coming between 1 and 2 for any medicine as the pharmacy will be closed, and the cashier can't even sell paracetamol.
Lauren Rogers (08/05/2025, 22:30):
I was in need of information about a product, and there was only one staff member available who was unable to help me.
Michelle Baker (08/05/2025, 21:06):
It was ever so quiet when I popped by, but I did manage to grab everything I was after. The store has a nifty entrance and exit system set up, along with protective screens at the counter for everyone's safety.
Ann James (06/05/2025, 20:04):
This boots store is always so understaffed with long queues, which can be quite frustrating for many folks.
Catherine Long (06/05/2025, 19:50):
I was at the chemist today and I have to say it was awful, had to wait for 45 minutes! Definitely won't be returning there.
Nancy Reed (06/05/2025, 19:15):
The pharmacy staff were extremely polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful.
Rose Alexander (05/05/2025, 04:15):
I must say, the service at this beauty supply store is rather lacking. I've actually left the establishment on two occasions because there was no one available to assist me with my purchase.
Ryan Adams (05/05/2025, 02:52):
I popped into the store looking for some NO7 products but couldn't locate them anywhere. Sadly, there wasn't a beauty consultant available to assist, so I had to track down a staff member. The only employees I could find were busy at the pharmacy counter attending to a long line of customers. I left feeling quite let down as I wasn't able to purchase the item I had in mind, and there was no one around to provide guidance. It would be great if Boots could improve their customer service in this regard.
Nicole Patterson (04/05/2025, 14:47):
The staff at Boots in Glenrothes were extremely helpful when I went to pick up a prescription for my 3-week-old grandson. I really appreciated their assistance.
Doris Kim (04/05/2025, 01:56):
The prices 'ave gone up a bit, but that's to be expected. Some of the staff can be a tad stand-offish, but overall, it's a brilliant shop.
Janice Nelson (03/05/2025, 22:30):
Great service from extremely polite and cheerful staff at the counter for prescriptions.
William Hernandez (28/04/2025, 12:14):
So I popped down to the store after seeing online that it was open, but when I arrived, it was closed. Quite disappointed with this experience, not good enough.
Sophia Miller (26/04/2025, 17:07):
I must say, the ladies at this beauty supply store were incredibly helpful when I went in to inquire about a rather personal matter. I am truly grateful for their assistance and expertise. Thank you, ladies!
Ruth Price (24/04/2025, 15:05):
The staff at this beauty supply store consistently goes the extra mile for customers. Even when they are unable to assist, they maintain a polite and respectful demeanor while offering explanations, rather than being dismissive.
Vincent Nelson (23/04/2025, 22:33):
This store is always well stocked and bustling with activity at the counter and in the pharmacy.
Walter Barnes (22/04/2025, 20:37):
The staff was brilliant, but I must admit I was a bit gutted that I couldn't use my points to purchase Baby Milk. What's the deal with BOOTS' policy? My granddaughter couldn't breastfeed, so I went to get formula milk and was informed that I couldn't redeem my points for it.
