The staff at this supermarket are just lovely, I must say. So, I brought my little one, who is just a year old, along for some shopping, and she wasn't quite thrilled about the whole ordeal. But, lo and behold, the staff at the tills took notice and kindly stopped to lend a helping hand. They tried to entertain my little munchkin while I took care of the payment. I can't express enough how thankful I am for their kindness. Just wonderful service!

I visited the shop in Inverness whilst staying with family to grab some groceries to cook them dinner, and instead of feeling welcomed, I overheard the staff chatting loudly about a coworker. They were being really mean and disrespectful towards one of their colleagues who seemed to have taken time off for mental health reasons. They also made comments about another coworker (I couldn't tell if it was the same person or not) and were making fun of them for wearing a sunflower lanyard. As someone with a disability who wears a sunflower lanyard, hearing these remarks made me feel incredibly unwelcome and uneasy. My family who were with me helped me finish the shopping because these comments completely threw me off, and I suddenly felt so overwhelmed that I went into fight or flight mode. I must say that these staff members have put me off ever stepping foot in an Asda again, which is a shame because I really loved their baked goods from the in-store bakery.

The fruit and vegetable aisles are constantly low on stock and untidy with abandoned boxes. Today, the meat section was quite disappointing (last-minute BBQ shopping).
Struggling with a hefty 4 billion debt, they are even considering selling off the petrol pumps.
Seems like they are rapidly heading downhill.

I popped into the grocery store earlier. The groceries were fine and the selection was alright, as was the checkout process. However, it did seem like there was only one staff member working and she appeared to be handling everything by herself.

I was standing there, waiting to pay and be let in, while the staff were busy chatting away. I ended up being charged £1.95 for a 4-week-old sleeping baby. When I ordered a black coffee and asked for a glass of water, I was told they only had bottles. Throughout our visit, there wasn't anyone at the desk, so people had to wait for around 10 minutes just to get in.

After shopping at this establishment, I proceeded to refuel my vehicle. At first, the card reader at the pump was not functioning properly. I then moved to the next pump, where everything seemed fine initially. However, the pump only dispensed a quarter of a tank before shutting off. It was frustrating as it wouldn't allow me to add more fuel. Quite a disappointing experience. Asda, you really should improve if you are going to have automatic pumps.

Fabulous deal for the price! However, I ordered Chicken Tikka Masala for two and we only got one Naan bread to share. It seemed like there weren't enough staff working. The café is quite spacious, so I can picture it getting quite packed. Despite that, there were only two other patrons besides my wife and me.

Stopped by the café for lunch today. Quite a bustling scene, as one would anticipate during the noon rush, especially with the holiday kids' meal specials in full swing. The staffing seemed a tad short-handed, with just the two chaps hustling to manage orders and dish out meals on time. Consequently, the tables were a bit of a mess, but one could hardly blame the hardworking duo given the circumstances. It did strike me as a bit of poor planning on the management's front, to heavily promote the £1 kids' meal deal for the holidays without adequate preparation. Oh, and they were fresh out of baby food pouches too.

The wee Asda up in Inverness is a bit o' a mixed bag, especially compared tae the smaller stores like the yin in Elgin. They've recently rearranged the layout which can be a wee bit confusing at first. The staff are a hit or a miss depending on who ye run intae. There's a lovely older lady who works the self-service checkout and she's always gey friendly, but poor soul, she's aye run aff her feet as there's never enough staff around tae help her out. They've scaled back on manned checkouts, so ye can expect tae see some hefty shopping trolleys trying tae navigate the understaffed self-service area - no verra customer-friendly, if ye ask me.
I've had tae have a word with the management at the customer services before about some of the staff being a bit rude and makin' folks feel a bit uneasy, which is somethin' I've never had tae dae in any other shop. On the upside, their click and collect service for delivery items is quick and smooth, so at least they've got that goin' for them.
