The Tesco staff are usually quite lovely and helpful, always ready with a warm smile and a gentle approach towards customers with disabilities. However, I did notice that the price of the duvet I purchased was £7 higher at Tesco compared to the same one available at Asda online.

I find myself frequenting this Tesco quite often, especially after finishing a night shift around 3:30-4 am. It's a convenient and well-stocked supermarket, with friendly staff and easy-to-navigate aisles. However, for the past three nights, I've been disappointed to find it closed during these early morning hours, despite the sign clearly stating it's a 24-hour Tesco. This sort of situation would only occur in a place where pubs and clubs have a midnight curfew! It's no surprise that things seem to be falling apart in Greenock.

Extremely useful, particularly excellent for elderly and differently-abled individuals.

The parking at this supermarket is top-notch with a second floor available. Whenever I find myself in Greenock, I always make a point to stop by as they have fantastic offers. I highly recommend utilizing the self-checkout option as it significantly speeds up the process.

The staff at Tescoland in Greenock are absolutely lovely, always with a smile on their faces. They've got all the social distancing measures in place, so you can shop safely and peacefully. The shelves are always well stocked, making it a breeze to find what you need. Plus, it's super convenient with bus stops nearby and the train station not too far off. If you're in need of some serious shopping, Tescoland is definitely the place to be!

I was in Tesco Greenock and I bought some coffee capsules. When I went to pay with a £10 and a £5 pound note, I was told I couldn't use the £5 note because it was new. Can someone please explain this to me?
Gabriel Parker (25/07/2025, 04:34):
Certainly return to the supermarket at your earliest convenience.
Maria Miller (23/07/2025, 08:06):
Amazing selection of goods..Loads of room
Betty Richardson (22/07/2025, 18:10):
The eatery was a complete disaster. Tables were left uncleared as the staff chatted with their friends. Customers were shuffling items from one table to another just to make space for their breakfast.
Brenda Phillips (21/07/2025, 01:49):
Supermarket is an amazing spot to find everything you need.
Henry Ortiz (19/07/2025, 05:28):
Fantastic amenities. The covered car park is incredibly convenient.
Rachel Murphy (17/07/2025, 11:14):
I paid a visit to this rather large store and I must say there are a few things that caught my attention that could use improvement, allow me to elaborate.

Firstly, I made a quick stop at the in-store pharmacy before deciding to grab a bite at the cafe upstairs. The young lady at the counter was pleasant and welcoming. However, I found the sausage in my roll to be rather bland, not to mention the lackluster taste of the cup of tea. What struck me as more concerning was the presence of not one, not two, but three birds hovering above the dining area, with one of them being a rather sizeable pigeon (you can see for yourself in the attached photos). As I was leaving, I witnessed them making their way towards the food service area, which is quite unsettling.

Additionally, in a time when many stores are shifting away from plastic usage, it was surprising to receive our water in two large plastic tumblers. Considering they likely have to wash the tea/coffee cups in a dishwasher, it begs the question – why not opt for glassware or even reusable cups made from the same materials? Not only would this help cut down on paper cup usage, but it could also contribute to saving our precious rainforests.

Handy, right around the corner, and just as great as the big stores.
Carl Gutierrez (16/07/2025, 21:11):
Overall a jolly good spot for some shopping, if you ask me!
Linda Patterson (14/07/2025, 14:11):
This morning, I popped into the store to grab a sandwich and found myself surrounded by a bunch of folks sporting masks and some even had their hoods up. Now, I rolled in on my motorcycle with my flip-front helmet up, showing my face clear as day. At 65, I certainly wasn't there to cause any trouble or pinch anything.

But of all the masked-up crowd, a daft individual had the nerve to ask me to take off my helmet. I declined, and when another lady did the same, I politely returned my items to the shelf and exited the premises. Headed over to the Port Glasgow store, made my purchases with my helmet on, and not a peep was uttered about it.
Russell Myers (11/07/2025, 09:30):
Although the supermarket generally has a good selection, the quality of their produce leaves much to be desired. This can be a concern for those looking to do a big grocery shop. It is advisable to carefully inspect expiration dates before making a purchase.
Christine Ramirez (10/07/2025, 16:09):
What a lovely supermarket to do my shopping in. Thank you kindly.
Justin Young (09/07/2025, 14:06):
As a tourist, I popped in to have a look around. Seemed like a decent spot, I must say.
Lawrence Garcia (08/07/2025, 21:59):
I purchased a gift card and when I tried to redeem it, I was told it had already been used. When I requested a refund, they simply said "womp womp" and asked me to leave the store.
