Are you pulling my leg? No refund or changing payment method once it's done? This policy is absolutely dreadful! The management team really ought to consider making some changes here.
Ronald Reyes (02/08/2025, 22:43):
Very useful market, I must say. The selection is quite good and perfect for stocking up before heading out for walks or trips, you know. The checkout staff is just lovely and super helpful. However, it was a bit unsettling to see birds flying around and bird droppings on the signs above the aisles. Even more concerning was coming across reviews on Google Maps mentioning birds flying about for the past few years, so it seems like it's not a recent problem. We made sure not to purchase anything loose or open, or from the higher shelves, just to be safe. Cheers!

Supermarket offers a self-deprecating dream that even Terry Pratchett would appreciate.
Joyce Patterson (30/07/2025, 13:55):
We made a pit stop on our way up to Skye.
The supermarket felt disorganized and unwelcoming.
Regrettably, we decided to grab a bite at the café. The young lady running the place was clearly overwhelmed and understaffed. The tables were filthy and it took forever to get served.
Definitely not a spot we'll be hurrying back to!
Brittany Powell (30/07/2025, 13:18):
The food at this place is top-notch and the customer service is excellent. However, there seems to be a concerning issue with how they treat their staff. I witnessed the manager reprimanding a cafe worker for not finishing a task that was interrupted by giving them another task midway through. This behavior is quite alarming and raises red flags about their treatment of employees.
Sandra Hill (28/07/2025, 19:15):
Fantastic array of products! Prices are top-notch, and the parking is a breeze.
Catherine Barnes (27/07/2025, 07:44):
We had a bit of a jolly bird situation, but they were quite cheerful.
Rebecca Russell (26/07/2025, 00:30):
The staff here are so friendly and helpful, it's the last big supermarket you'll come across on the A82 when heading to Skye, etc. It's also really convenient for the bus stop and train station.
They do some cracking meal deals with Morrisons More.
You'll find a great selection of items and wine here. Plus, the petrol is cheaper right next to the supermarket. Definitely worth a visit!
Barbara Turner (24/07/2025, 08:44):
This store is quite bustling and very badly laid out, making it tricky to navigate! The washrooms are dreadful, but that's likely due to them being a pit stop for many drivers passing through the area. The employees, on the other hand, are really pleasant. So, overall, it's alright, but best to steer clear during peak hours!
Amanda Smith (23/07/2025, 17:02):
Our group of six adventurous campers in Fort William arrived at the café at 10:15am this morning, absolutely famished and eagerly looking forward to a hearty Scottish breakfast. We patiently waited in line for 20 minutes only to be informed that the kitchen wouldn't be serving breakfast for another 30 minutes due to being behind schedule. Despite offering to wait the extra half hour, the staff still refused to take our order and instead suggested we have tea and cake - which we promptly declined. To our surprise, as we looked around the café, we noticed several other patrons happily enjoying their breakfasts with items like bacon and poached eggs. When we pointed out the lack of signage to indicate the delay to the 15 people waiting behind us, we were met with a puzzled expression and a mere offer of a "Dime Bar?!" We certainly won't be returning to this establishment! Disappointing, to say the least. D- 👀🙄
Willie Mitchell (23/07/2025, 12:38):
Fantastic store with a wide array of delicious food options at very affordable prices. I'll absolutely be coming back for more.
Nicole King (19/07/2025, 07:28):
The bakery department at this establishment is simply marvelous, showcasing a wide variety of delectable freshly baked goods. And for those in need of a speedy snack, the hot chicken options are a definite must-try!
Wayne Nguyen (18/07/2025, 22:02):
I highly recommend steering clear of this place for breakfast. The drinks were lukewarm, the food was cold, and the staff seemed completely demotivated. The manager showed no concern for the problems and didn't even offer any compensation, not that I requested any. It was evident that his only goal was to shut down the café. Overall, it was a dreadful experience.
Wayne Thompson (18/07/2025, 19:24):
I visit this supermarket every day, it's great value for your money.
Mark Collins (15/07/2025, 19:08):
I always find the staff to be quite polite and helpful. I do feel sympathy for the one staff member who seems to be running around managing all the self-service tills. It's a bit disappointing to see so many of these tills, despite their convenience. I do have concerns about the possibility of many employees eventually losing their jobs due to these automated systems making their roles redundant. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of attention to spillages. I've noticed numerous times where there are puddles on the floor that I've had to bring to the staff's attention. I'm actually surprised they haven't had any accidents due to these slippery areas.
Sophia Mitchell (12/07/2025, 03:00):
Popped in quickly to grab a few things for dinner, store was well-stocked and easy to find my way around. Used the self-checkout machines, great variety of products, lots of parking space.
Michael Cox (11/07/2025, 12:48):
On my initial visit, there was a noticeable absence of eggs with my breakfast. I assumed it may have been an oversight and did not bring it up. However, on my subsequent visit, the absence of black pudding was rather disappointing. It is unacceptable to not receive what you have paid for on two separate occasions. Regrettably, I will not be returning.
Heather Russell (11/07/2025, 09:39):
Dear Morrisons, top job on this one! The accessibility for a wheelchair user was spot on, and the staff were so lovely and helpful. 😊 Keep it up!
Philip Hughes (10/07/2025, 08:16):
Just had a right old palaver at brekkie this mornin'! Took a good 45 minutes for 'em to sort it out. The pancakes were drownin' in syrup, couldn't even see 'em properly. And then the full breakfast? Absolute mess, mate. Scrambled eggs plopped on top of the mushrooms, toast all soggy from sittin' on top of the eggs. Morrisons in Fort William, you really need to up your game!
Bruce Coleman (07/07/2025, 17:02):
Coffee shop had zero coffee available, the cashier was lacking in change. The cups appeared to be soiled and not properly cleaned. Tables were left unattended and cluttered. It seemed as if there was a shortage of staff. However, on a brighter note, the manager showed great friendliness and assistance, despite being under pressure.
The restrooms within the establishment were quite repulsive; I only entered to switch out of my damp garments, and I truly regretted it.
