I must say, it may seem trivial, but I couldn't find the flat bed sheet I needed today for my guests who are arriving soon. I was quite disappointed as I didn't have the time to shop around, and I really wanted everything to be just perfect for their arrival.
Kevin Young (27/07/2025, 06:57):
Limited staff that appear to be quite overwhelmed.. only 1 register open so everyone is being directed to the self-checkout..
Riley Richardson (26/07/2025, 22:12):
Oh dear, I must admit I am a tad miffed at the lack of response I have received from Customer Services regarding queries about both own-brand and Redwood - now VitB products. The first chap I spoke to didn't even bother to ask for my contact details. So, when I plucked up the courage to inquire again a few weeks later, I made sure to leave my phone number. I was promised that someone would get back to me, but alas, I am still left twiddling my thumbs in anticipation. Oh, bother!

This massive store boasts an impressive array of top-notch products, and the staff are generally quite accommodating - if you manage to track one down, that is. I've docked a point, however, as I detected the scent of alcohol emanating from one of the workers. During my self-checkout experience, this particular employee appeared disoriented and unhelpful, indicating that she may have been under the influence. It's unacceptable for employees to consume alcohol while on the job or come to work in an inebriated state.

A wee bit on the expensive side, but they definitely have the finest selection of fresh fish, meat, and veggies compared to all the other supermarkets around.
Riley Rodriguez (24/07/2025, 08:55):
The customer service is completely absent. Each time I ring the number, I find myself waiting in the queue only to be abruptly disconnected. It's a brilliant scheme for Morrisons to profit off an 0345 number. When attempting their alternative chat line, their agent always seems to be offline. In-store staff are no help either, as they merely direct you to call customer service. What a farce.

One of the top 3 supermarket chains offers an extensive range of products for your weekly or monthly grocery shopping, from fresh to frozen items. In-store, you can find expert fishmongers, freshly baked bread from the bakery, and a salad bar. Additionally, there is a delightful florist section showcasing beautiful bouquets 💐, as well as a selection of home and kitchenware. Depending on the season, you may also come across seasonal gifts 🎁 such as Halloween, Christmas, or Easter-themed products.
Emma Nguyen (21/07/2025, 01:32):
Fantastic, however, the staff always appear quite weary.
Isabella Collins (20/07/2025, 04:42):
I must say, the bakery at Tesco leaves something to be desired. The bread and doughnuts are a bit too doughy for my taste. I believe they could benefit from toning down the heaviness of their bread rolls and pastries. Once they make some improvements, I'll consider giving them another chance. On a positive note, Morrisons offers competitive prices on tobacco products. I always purchase my Amber Leaf and large silver Rizla there. Cheers!
Marilyn Edwards (19/07/2025, 03:31):
I was informed by a member of the staff that this is a unique store where they trial products. It seems like some products are exclusive to this store and not found in others. I really enjoy shopping here, I have never had a negative experience. The staff is always kind and ready to assist.
Ann Sanchez (18/07/2025, 13:54):
Customer alert, just a heads up when you opt for pay at pump, your bank will authorize a £100 payment in addition to the petrol purchase. I selected pump 2 and paid £50 for fuel, only to later discover a £100 transaction from Morrisons. Essentially, I ended up paying £150 for £50 worth of petrol. I have already contacted my bank about this issue and am in the process of filling out a form for the unauthorized transaction. Moving forward, I will certainly be avoiding Morrisons.
Kenneth Davis (18/07/2025, 05:28):
Lovely tidy store, with a friendly team and a sanitation station at the entrance. Managed to find all the items on my list, so great job all around! 👏
Abigail Gutierrez (18/07/2025, 03:08):
I simply cannot express my gratitude enough to James from the bakery department for truly coming through in the clutch. I was unable to locate a sponge flan case anywhere, but James managed to speak with the manager and secured a sponge base for my daughter's birthday. She adores them with cream and fruit on top, so thank you for your exceptional customer service. One thrilled birthday girl and mother here!
Mark Nelson (16/07/2025, 18:10):
I haven't visited this supermarket in ages. It seemed bigger than I recalled and significantly larger than my usual spot! It's a proper good store with a wide selection and shelves stocked to the brim as the staff are constantly restocking. Definitely need to make it a regular stop!
Carl Evans (11/07/2025, 20:02):
We were doing some shopping on Hogmanay around 3pm. The supermarket was alright, but it took us a good 50 minutes to finally leave the car park. I must say, I wasn't too pleased with that experience.
Brittany Peterson (10/07/2025, 15:07):
Arrah, would you believe it? We followed the arrows on the floor directing us to queue at all the cash desks, only to be stopped by a member of staff who told us we had to queue at the other end of the store. Off we trotted in that direction, and what do you know? There wasn't a soul in line. Then we were directed back up to the cash desk we originally approached, only for someone else to swoop in and be served without a word. I get the current situation, but really now, what a kerfuffle!
Heather Lopez (07/07/2025, 18:08):
What a lovely array of fresh produce, always fully stocked. But let me tell you, they insist on stashing those meat feast pasta meals up on the top shelf every time. I'm just too vertically challenged to reach them, I tell ya!
Brandon Wilson (05/07/2025, 08:44):
Supermarket is a fantastic place to shop for groceries, but they really need to catch up with the times. I often use my smartwatch to make payments, and sometimes I need to update my cards on it. However, the store doesn't have any WiFi, so I have to step outside to do it, which can be quite annoying. I understand the reasoning behind not having WiFi, like many other supermarkets, to prevent customers from comparing prices in-store and potentially leaving. But come on, it's 2023, not the 80s. Supermarket, please consider providing WiFi for your customers' convenience.
Ralph Hernandez (02/07/2025, 17:35):
I popped in with my grandkids for a bite to eat and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. The same can be said for when I'm browsing the aisles. My only gripe with the store is that some items I require are often placed on the top shelf, and as a person with disabilities, I struggle to reach them.
James Simmons (01/07/2025, 20:25):
They really need to make a decision on whether there's a queue for the checkouts or not. It seems to change every time you visit. An overhead LED display would be quite useful to indicate if there's a queue or not.
