There have been long delays outside in all weathers waiting for prescription pick-ups. I was told over the phone that the script was ready, but it turns out it wasn't. I blame the health centre for consistently receiving prescriptions late, and the delivery service is either unreliable or non-existent.

I must say, it's quite a challenge for me to only give one star and provide any positive feedback considering the lack of customer service at this pharmacy. It's frustrating that even the opening and closing times fail to inform customers about the midday closure from 1pm to 1:30pm. It's important to note that the issue lies more with the managers who seem unable to handle even the simplest tasks. It's disheartening to see people who are unwell having to endure such subpar service from a company like Boots. It's high time another pharmacy opened up in the area to provide customers with a choice, as both branches in Whitburn seem to offer the same disappointing experience. My heart goes out to the staff members who have to deal with the repercussions of poor management in their workplace.

I popped into this establishment for the first time today and splurged £65.33. As a newcomer, I must say it was a satisfactory transaction for the Boots company. Typically, their stores provide a serene and welcoming shopping atmosphere. However, the personnel at this specific location came across as rather conceited and pushy. That was quite off-putting. Even in bustling metropolises such as Glasgow City Centre, the staff tend to be friendlier, which speaks volumes about the service here. Oh my...

Be prepared to wait quite a bit. Your medication will never be ready when promised. The system is not very efficient. The staff seems overwhelmed, easily agitated, and may say anything to rush you out the door.

Many thanks to Elaine for taking care of my medications💐...

The service I received at this pharmacy was disappointingly slow and unhelpful. I was not satisfied with the overall experience.
Willie Scott (05/05/2025, 05:36):
Efficient and warm service. Thank you.
Nicole Kim (02/05/2025, 04:14):
I must say, these folks seem to struggle with following through on simple requests. They either don't ring you up when your much-needed medication has come in or can't seem to apply the labels to the vials as requested, opting for the boxes instead. Nevertheless, it's an alright little pharmacy with friendly staff.
Charlotte Murphy (01/05/2025, 19:47):
I reckon they're not as good as they used to be. The staff keep shifting around the boots in the area, so you end up dealing with different people when picking up a prescription.
Mia Morris (20/04/2025, 13:15):
I contacted the Pharmacy today for a review of my long-term medications. The service was fantastic, and the lady there skillfully went through all my medications, providing guidance on the optimal timings for intake and advising me on which ones to avoid taking simultaneously. I am truly grateful for their assistance!
