They never seem to have all the medications you need, unless you're a hardcore addict, then they magically have everything in stock!
Mark Graham (05/07/2025, 03:05):
The entire team is consistently kind and supportive.
James Ross (03/07/2025, 09:08):
Goodness gracious, relying on this dreadful place can truly be a trial. The opening hours are all over the place, the staff can be unpredictable - offering help one moment and being disdainful the next, and even essential medications often seem to be in short supply. Dealing with such inconsistencies might just prompt a visit to the GP for anxiety, if you weren't already feeling that way. My advice? Steer clear of this place at all costs.
Denise Davis (30/06/2025, 07:20):
I hardly ever have to wait and the staff has always been polite and courteous.
Thomas Jordan (25/06/2025, 21:27):
Lovely staff, extremely helpful.

I was popping into the pharmacy last Saturday, hoping to get some advice on a pesky scalp issue I was dealing with. The pharmacist's response when I explained my concerns about my scalp was a dismissive "I don't think I can help, but I'll take a look anyway." Needless to say, I won't be seeking assistance at that store again. Her lack of interest in helping me, especially when doctors are recommending pharmacies for minor ailments, was totally unacceptable.
Gerald Alexander (19/06/2025, 16:14):
Superb Pharmacy, always incredibly friendly and helpful.
Catherine Walker (14/06/2025, 15:12):
I'm constantly struggling with keeping our stock levels at a satisfactory level. It's a real challenge to manage inventory effectively in the pharmacy business.
Keith Gonzalez (13/06/2025, 16:57):
I must say, the service provided was quite abysmal.
Grace Kim (10/06/2025, 21:30):
The staff was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful.
Barbara Graham (08/06/2025, 18:47):
Dreadful service, waited for an eternity of nearly 30 minutes for a prescription.
Amy Jackson (05/06/2025, 20:33):
I do declare, I do wish there were a means to award zero stars. Yet again, I ventured to this apothecary due to its proximity to my physician's abode. Inquired about remedies for minor maladies for my offspring, and lo and behold, they declaimed that as I had acquired a similar potion aforehand, it could not be dispensed once more. The implication being that I am misusing the system. Prithee pardon if I did let slip the last vial of paracetamol procured from their establishment. Verily, I shall not return after this encounter, for they are the most dreadfully slow and discourteous individuals I have ever encountered in a pharmaceutical emporium.
Justin Wright (03/06/2025, 18:06):
I posted a review yesterday. Not a happy camper 🤬 Forgot to mention that Linda was not included in my criticism. She is always kind and helpful, the only one! ...
Noah Hall (02/06/2025, 16:30):
This pharmacy, I must say, is by far the most dreadful one I've ever set foot in. It reminds me of a scene straight out of Fawlty Towers, only in a pharmacy setting.
Frank Johnson (30/05/2025, 06:42):
I went down at 12 to collect my prescription and it's shut!
It's supposed to be open until 1 pm on a Saturday! 😡😡😡 …
Henry Roberts (25/05/2025, 21:43):
They've always got everything I need in stock and are so friendly and helpful that I go out of my way to visit this particular pharmacy, even though it's on the other side of Paisley.
Arthur Sanders (23/05/2025, 13:38):
The staff at this pharmacy are absolutely fantastic and incredibly attentive!
Margaret Robinson (21/05/2025, 21:51):
Unpleasant experience with the employees at this establishment.
Willie Rogers (19/05/2025, 20:31):
The staff at this pharmacy are absolutely delightful! Their customer service is top-notch and they always go above and beyond to help with any inquiries or concerns. I highly recommend this place for all your pharmaceutical needs.
James Davis (18/05/2025, 07:53):
I have frequented this pharmacy for a good twenty years now (ever since I moved to Paisley), but I'm afraid I shall have to take my business elsewhere. They used to be quite efficient at dispensing my prescription every couple of months, but that seems to be the extent of their capabilities. Just the other week, my doctor sent me over there as I had been feeling unwell over the bank holiday weekend and mentioned that the pharmacy could now provide me with antibiotics without the need for a prescription (a new policy, apparently). I rushed there like a madman the first evening, just before 6 pm. While the young lady at the counter was briefing the pharmacist about my case, another woman nearby eavesdropped and then peered over the counter to catch a glimpse of me. The following night (again, racing against the clock to make it before 6 pm), as I needed to have a word with the pharmacist, that same woman remarked, "Looks like we'll be staying late tonight." Her gaze fixed on me, making me feel quite uncomfortable. When the pharmacist came out to speak with me, all the staff gathered around to eavesdrop and observe. I was utterly embarrassed; I had no idea that my health concerns were now public knowledge. I dare say I would have had more confidentiality if I had been in for my methadone pick-up.
