This morning, I went to pick up my repeat prescription and was told that the pharmacy had not received it from my doctor. I had ordered the prescription four days prior and explained this, but was informed that I should be ordering it well in advance before running out of medication. When I mentioned that I needed pain relief, I was informed that controlled drugs could not be dispensed without prior notice.

I left the pharmacy feeling frustrated, as I was made to feel like it was my fault that the prescription hadn't arrived. This experience was particularly disappointing as I have never encountered issues with my doctor's practice before. Later, I received a missed call and a text message letting me know that my prescription was actually ready at the chemist.

While I understand that mistakes happen, I was disappointed that the pharmacy staff didn't even check properly before giving me incorrect information. The customer service was lacking, and long-standing employees ought to reflect on their attitude towards customers.

Popped in for me flu shot, had an appointment at 20 past 11. Had to wait about a half hour before they handed me a form to fill out. Don't see why they couldn't have given me that form earlier, but oh well. Finally got seen another 15 minutes later, and was in and out in less than a minute. Seems a bit much to wait so long for such a quick process. Nevertheless, it was swift and painless, no other problems to report.

Mounjaro Injection - The consultation was quite informative. I had already done some research on the product, and this information was further explained. All my queries were addressed satisfactorily. The follow-up was conducted over the phone, and all aspects were discussed thoroughly. Up to now, the injections seem to be effective with minimal side effects.
