I've been having a spot of bother with this online pharmacy, I tell ya. They sent me the wrong item, and when I kindly asked for an exchange, they flat out refused. Can you believe it?

And get this, when I tried to explain that I had actually ordered the Cream on a previous order that was received correctly, they accused me of being dishonest! Blimey, talk about adding insult to injury. I clicked on the Re-Order option from that previous order, so there's no way I could have made a mistake.

Honestly, it's a right mess. Can't trust anyone these days, can ya?

Very quick service. Order was processed and delivered within 2 days. Quick responses to inquiries. No plastic packaging, which is a plus. Overall, very satisfied and would definitely recommend.

I bought Mounjaro on the 16th of September. It's now the 25th of September and still no tracking number or order. I highly advise against ordering from these individuals. They do not respond to emails or calls. I ordered from MedExpress and got my package just two days ago. Cloud Pharmacy, on the other hand, is beyond unprofessional.

Absolutely dreadful customer service. I decided to order another pen after taking a few weeks off. They debited £164 from my account but I never received the goods. When I checked online, they asked me when I last had my injection. I provided the date and requested either the delivery of the goods or a refund since I had already been waiting for over a week.

I was met with a very impolite pharmacist named Stephanie Bernie, who responded rudely and said they would cancel my order as requested!

This is not what I asked for; I simply wanted them to send the goods or refund me since they had taken my money, but I had not received the mojourno pen.

No confirmation or update on my order, just left completely in the dark, with myself Constantine having to constantly follow up.

I would not recommend this company as they are extremely unprofessional.

I am still awaiting an update on when I will receive my refund, even though they should not have debited the money if my order was still pending!
