I've been using Cloud Pharmacy for Mount Kilimanjaro for around 5 months. Orders are always processed and dispatched on the same day. While their prices may be a tad higher than others, I've never experienced any delays with my orders. I think this is because they collaborate with other pharmacies to meet the demand. I was also pleasantly surprised when my email was responded to within a couple of hours. I'll gladly keep using their services.

I recently purchased a 2.5 mg Mounjaro pen from this site, which had been heavily promoted on TikTok. After placing my order, it was rejected within less than two hours on a Sunday. This has led me to believe that they may be using some sort of automated system to reject orders. I have tried reaching out through email, phone calls, and even the chat system, but have not received any response. I am now unsure when or if I will receive a refund since the order was cancelled. This level of service is unacceptable. If I do not hear back within 24 hours, I will be escalating this issue to the financial ombudsman as I suspect foul play. I advise against using this provider; it's worth paying a bit more for a more reliable service elsewhere.

Cloud Pharmacy was able to promptly resend the order without any issues, and Meg from customer service was incredibly kind, apologetic, and helpful throughout the process. They are a huge fraud!!!!!!!
How can such a large pharmacy depot not have a customer service team in place?? They are not answering their calls! I ordered Mount Jaro on July 23rd to be received on the 26th, but the address was missing a door number! The order was sent back to the depot! Since then, I have been trying to contact them and no one is responding. I have been exchanging emails with them and the whole conversation is a joke, I will attach it. I will report them to the authorities, I cannot just give 150 to your greedy company like that. That is my money and I want it back if I have not received the product. FRAUD!!!!!!

However, to my dismay, I later received an email stating that my request had been denied. As a result, I had to wait for a refund. I say, chap, a most confounding situation indeed! My dear GP is unavailable for a fortnight, and I find meself suffering from a most excruciating earache. The Otomize ear spray did the trick last time, so I thought I'd give it another go 'round. Alas, my order was denied with the message, "this is not appropriate for your complaint." No further explanation given, I'm afraid. It seems I'll have to endure this wretched pain for another 2 weeks. Jolly good!

Oh, and a spot of bother, old bean! This rejection came from none other than Anna Wedderburn, who curiously left a glowing 5-star review on this very site. Methinks some of these high ratings may be from the staff themselves. Quite disingenuous, if you ask me. Were it possible, I'd upgrade me rating to a solid 0.
