I placed an order with a doctor's prescription attached. Later on, I got a message through my online portal asking if I had made a mistake. I replied saying no, feeling puzzled as to why they thought so. They mentioned that I didn't have sufficient evidence of being on the medication, even though I did, and ended up canceling my order! This was my first and final experience using their services.

I placed an order in the morning and paid £6.99 for DPD next day delivery. The order was approved around 4 pm, but it's now day 3 and I still haven't received the item. It might be best to explore other online pharmacies as this one doesn't seem very reliable. I definitely should have checked the reviews before ordering from here.

I made a purchase that was confirmed and approved by the medical team. However, I have yet to receive my order after nearly a week. I have tried reaching out through the contact form, but have not received a response in 3 days. This level of irresponsibility from Efg is unacceptable.

Cloud pharmacy has been absolutely splendid, I must say. I made a purchase from them and regrettably, the product I received was defective. Yet, I reached out to their customer service team via email, and they promptly shipped me a replacement. It did take about 2 days to hear back from customer service, but I received the new item within just 4 days, which was quite efficient. All in all, I am truly content with this company. If you are considering placing an order with them, go right ahead. Be assured that their customer service is top-notch and they will address any issues you encounter without fail.

Absolutely dreadful service from Cloud Pharmacy. I made sure to pay extra for next day delivery for my medication, only to be sorely disappointed. After my parcel didn't arrive on the scheduled day, I had to proactively reach out for answers, only to be met with silence. Shortly after, I received an email informing me that my order was being refunded, with no explanation provided. What's more, not even the delivery charge was reimbursed! If you haven't dispatched the order, why not refund the delivery fee? It's unacceptable for a company to promise essential medication and then fail to follow through. This level of neglect warrants an investigation. The consequences could be severe for those in need of their medicine. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for your pharmaceutical needs. The reviews speak for themselves, with many expressing similar grievances.

This company is absolutely dreadful. I had an account with them and only placed one order, but somehow my card details were compromised and used on their website for another account. I contacted my bank to report the fraudulent transaction, but the company refuses to acknowledge their mistake and has taken £50 from me. Yes, £50, which is completely outrageous.

What baffles me is that if I already have an account with them, why are my card details being used on other accounts without triggering any alarms in their system? The cybersecurity measures on their site are clearly lacking if something like this can happen to a customer. Despite providing evidence of my account activity, they continue to dispute the case.

During lockdown, I have been facing financial difficulties, and this incident has not only affected me financially but also mentally as I struggle to pay for essentials like food and bills. While £50 may seem insignificant to your company, it is a significant amount for me. I question what kind of medication costs £50 and who the real culprit is, considering the money is going to the company.

Furthermore, the director Ibrahim Nakib stated in a letter that I "Mr. Jama therefore forfeit their right to claim anything", as per information from my bank in the letter. This is absurd, as I suspect that someone on their end has committed fraud, which is a serious offense. Be wary of companies like this, and to director Ibrahim Nakib, I will not give up my fight to resolve this issue.
