I was informed that my prescription had expired when it hadn't (and that I had been instructed to renew it - which was not the case) on Saturday, leaving me without medication from Saturday until Monday. The medication I take can lead to severe withdrawals if a dose is missed, and I received minimal to no support from the pharmacy staff. Both employees at the time lied and claimed they had advised me to renew my prescription the week prior (which, besides being untrue, also didn't make sense as I didn't need a renewal for another week). Overall, I would rate their service a 1 out of 10, and they only receive that one star because I was surprised to see Eddie Izzard working there. They didn't even offer an apology once their mistake was corrected on Monday. Playing around with people's medications can have serious consequences, and I intend to address this incompetence further. It's amusing how neither of them would make eye contact with me as I collected the prescription that supposedly "wasn't available" on Sunday, but miraculously was ready on Monday.

Seems like this pharmacy has been struggling lately. I used to have a good experience here, but in my last three visits they haven't had basic prescriptions in stock, like amoxicillin (which I needed twice!). The staff also appear overworked and unhappy. It's a shame to see things going downhill here.

Very handy being located next to the doctor's office. The staff is quite friendly, but there's always a bit of a wait for prescriptions. When you're feeling under the weather, the wait can be a bit frustrating, especially since it's on the other side of town from my place. Going back later isn't really an option.

I must say, the service at this pharmacy is absolutely dreadful. Rarely do they have items ready on time, the staff are slow, seem clueless about their job, and are just plain rude. It's like they have no idea what customer service even means. Awful experience!

This place is absolutely pointless. Always end up having to return later unless you're willing to waste a good 40 minutes waiting around in the store. Save yourself the hassle and head over to Boots instead.

While I was there, I witnessed a little elderly lady who asked if she could purchase a pack of 50P tissues urgently. She explained that she was having difficulty standing up due to nerve damage. Despite her polite request and apology, the staff member who assisted her did not even bother to say hello or thank you. It was truly appalling to witness such rudeness.

After visiting the store twice within a span of 5 minutes to confirm the transaction, it took them about 15-20 minutes to finally realize their mistake on my third visit. Despite acknowledging the error, they refused to issue a refund citing their policy, yet had no qualms keeping the items. Their lack of understanding, unhelpful attitude, and overall lack of apology left me quite disappointed.

The senior staff members appear impolite and exhibit a lack of expertise. Prescriptions are seldom filled without any follow-up with suppliers, as if it were your responsibility for placing the order. It is advisable to steer clear of this establishment if possible.

Terrible customer service! I would give it 0 stars if I could. The staff can't even pick up the phone to help customers with questions. The whole pharmacy is a mess, completely unfit for its purpose!
