I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to the pharmacy team for delivering my medication yesterday. I was quite worried about how I would get it during the lockdown, but thanks to their efforts, I received it on time. Thank you once again! Helen Wilson xx

What a nightmare pharmacy to deal with! The collections from surgeries are painfully slow, and there are constant "IT issues" preventing the issuance of prescriptions. On top of that, they never seem to have stock of essential medications. It's beyond frustrating!
Paul Collins (29/05/2025, 05:47):
I must say, navigating the local pharmacy can be quite a challenge when it comes to finding a parking spot. It's highly recommended to opt for a brisk walk instead!
Edward Thomas (25/05/2025, 04:42):
This bustling pharmacy is run by a team of welcoming and knowledgeable individuals who are always eager to assist.
Janice Henderson (09/05/2025, 17:23):
This pharmacy has everything you would need from a typical chemist. The service is quicker than many others, although parking can be a bit of a nightmare during peak school times.

While I concur with the previous commentator "a jk81" regarding the impact of large corporate entities on UK businesses, this sentiment does not hold true for Lloyds Pharmacy Chapelhall. This pharmacy operates akin to a bustling village pharmacy, exuding the warmth, efficiency, helpfulness, and care that one would associate with a small independent establishment. Although there is a prominent 'Lloyds Pharmacy' sign outside, once inside, this fact is swiftly eclipsed. 'a jk81' ought to contemplate abiding by GPhC standard 6, which calls for pharmacy professionals to conduct themselves with honesty and integrity, before propagating unfounded negative reviews about a rival and fellow pharmacy team.

Huge multinational corporations acquiring British companies.
Sandra Watson (24/04/2025, 02:57):
I must say, this pharmacy seems to always be running low on basic prescriptions and they keep referring me elsewhere. Their selection of over-the-counter medications is quite limited as well, with the same suggestion to try another pharmacy. I would strongly advise steering clear of this establishment and seeking out a different pharmacy instead.
