Popped by to collect my prescription. Had to stand outside in the rain because the shop was too snug for all of us to squeeze in, y'know? No one even bothered to ask for my name or anything while I was out there shivering. Finally made it inside only to be told that my prescription wasn't ready and to wait some more. They really should have more organized procedures for folks waiting outside, especially considering the pandemic situation. Cheers.

I've been coming to this pharmacy for a few years now to pick up my prescriptions.

Lately, I decided to switch to a different pharmacy because there were too many problems, especially since mid-2022.

Lost prescriptions, orders not going through for certain items, prescriptions not being ready even after receiving an SMS notification, and dealing with the same dismissive attitude from a blonde female staff member towards all customers, it just got frustrating.

The pharmacist with the beard always seemed like he was doing his best, but he's pretty much handling everything on his own in that place.

Absolutely dreadful pharmacy. They never seem to stock what I need. The pharmacist didn't even carry hydralyte sachets for sickness. I make a point of steering clear of this pharmacy. Opening from 10 to 4 on a Sunday is simply laughable!
