The employees here seem to have no grasp of patient confidentiality or GDPR regulations and how they apply to them. Initially, they call out your complete name loudly, then proceed to request confirmation of your full address and postal code, followed by asking for your landline and mobile numbers! With this information being shared in the shop, anyone could easily engage in identity theft. I have never encountered such invasive questioning at any Boots Chemist before. Personally, I would go the extra mile to visit another pharmacy. My advice would be to steer clear of this particular establishment, as the staff appear to be rather self-absorbed!
