This pharmacy is quite efficient, I must say. It's always bustling with activity, but the staff manages to keep the waiting times short. The team is quite friendly and accommodating, and they always seem to have enough staff to handle the workload. It's clear that this pharmacy is well-managed. Much appreciated!

I rang up yesterday and was instructed to ring back the following day at 8am. I made the call at 8am and waited for half an hour before being informed that I needed to call again at 2pm. I tried again at 2pm, it's currently 3.50pm and my phone call has still not been answered. The service is absolutely appalling. I will be switching doctors immediately.

I really wanted to leave zero stars!

On August 22, 2023, when I returned home after picking up a prescription at your pharmacy, I was left feeling quite unwell about my experience.

I was waiting along with a woman who had a child playing something loudly on their phone. I had been there before she arrived, and when a name that I thought was mine was called, she got up, provided her address, and inquired if there should have been something else included. A conversation ensued between her and the man behind the counter, but it was overshadowed by the noise from the phone. Eventually, she and the child left.

Having exceeded the promised wait time of 10 minutes, I approached the man behind the counter to inquire about my prescription. After providing my name, he consulted with a woman with short brown hair and then asked me if I had collected anything that day. When I responded negatively, he specifically mentioned the ibuprofen gel I was waiting for. Following this, he fetched something, came back, confirmed my address, and then I left.

The handing out of my details to another individual, particularly considering that my birthday is included in them, represents a significant breach of GDPR regulations. Even now, eight months later, I still feel extremely anxious, with no response received. I am utterly appalled by the complete lack of care exhibited by a place that we should all be able to trust. SHAME ON YOU!!

A wonderful pharmacy with exceptional staff
Jonathan Cruz (29/05/2025, 22:44):
I phoned last Friday to check if my prescription had been processed, and Lorraine confirmed that it had. I explained again that I have limited mobility, so I called ahead to ensure I wouldn't be making a wasted trip.

When I called back, a new staff member answered and seemed pleased to inform me of how many days I should wait. A girl with glasses then interjected, emphasizing how long I should expect to wait, which felt like a lecture. I decided to wait based on their advice of 30 minutes, but they continued to insist it would only be 15 minutes.

The unnecessary stress caused my tremors to flare up, and I remarked that the whole situation could have been handled better. This has happened multiple times before, with the boy frequently getting my order wrong. I have always been patient with him, so I would hope for better patience from the staff towards the public.
Brian Watson (29/05/2025, 11:13):
I visit this place every two weeks and the staff is so kind, helpful, and friendly. This has been my go-to pharmacy since the days of the Pollok Centre. Always a fantastic experience!
