I must say, the experience at this pharmacy was rather unprofessional and severely lacking in customer service. It's a shame that I didn't read the other reviews prior to attempting to obtain a prescription from them. Right from the beginning, the pharmacist displayed rudeness, a noticeable lack of empathy (quite peculiar for a profession that often deals with individuals who are unwell), and took an excessive amount of time to fill a basic prescription. Furthermore, they opted to withhold the information that they couldn't fulfill the entire prescription until it was too late for me to seek alternatives elsewhere. It seems they found humor in the situation, with the final blow being that I had to make a return trip to collect the remaining portion. A true double insult.
For those seeking a professional, friendly, and efficient pharmacy, my suggestion would be to look elsewhere.

The wait times to pick up prescriptions are outrageously long, and you have to double-check that you have everything you need before you can finally leave.

Terrible - like, seriously, is it a good idea for a pharmacy to give you back a prescription after hanging onto it for a whole week, just to say they can't get the item and suggest you try your luck somewhere else (as if customers have better access to supply chains than them)! I can't believe this place is still in business.

Not only are they rubbish, they are a danger. My mum has been getting her meds sent to her for 2 years. She was waiting on her meds to arrive, but they never did and she was nearly out, so I rang the pharmacy only to be told they ain't delivering no more. I can't believe they left her without the meds that keep her going. I recommend anyone who cares for their family to find a different pharmacy. They should be shut down.
