I recently began using this pharmacy due to positive reviews and promises of timely prescription deliveries. However, I have experienced late deliveries twice in the past 3 months. While the staff is polite and helpful, the service has been quite disappointing. I am now searching for a different company as this has proven to be extremely inefficient.
Gary Russell (19/06/2025, 23:06):

Hello there, my mates! Just wanted to drop by and say that this pharmacy is top-notch. They're super discreet if that's what you're after, especially if you're picking up certain meds like Methadone. Plus, they've got an official needle exchange program, which is pretty handy. The only downside I can spot is that they close early on Saturdays at 1 pm. Cheers! 😀
Victoria Harris (17/06/2025, 12:52):
Having endless issues with getting my repeat prescriptions. I'll give them credit for providing me with an emergency supply, but it shouldn't be necessary for me to visit the GP, then return to the pharmacy, only to go back to the GP again, especially when I initially signed up for them to manage the ordering process. Initially, things seemed fine for a couple of months, but then somehow I always fall through the cracks in their system and end up having to do all the chasing.

-Edit for response: My prescriptions are registered under Alison Neil. Yesterday, my husband, who was collecting them on my behalf, was led to believe by your pharmacy that the delay was the GP's fault (you've had me believe that too), when in fact it was your responsibility to order them. He had to then request it on the 19th. He later visited the GP who confirmed that they did indeed send the prescription to you on the 20th and informed him that you were 2 days behind schedule. Please stop shifting the blame to the GP.

This pharmacy has been an absolute disaster, I must say. I've been waiting for my medication for a good three days now, and let me tell you, it's important stuff. Despite the fact that it was picked up from the surgery, it still hasn't made its way to me. The staff? Don't even get me started - unhelpful and downright rude, if you ask me. Honestly, giving them one star is being too generous. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place, because your health clearly isn't a priority to them.
Evelyn Lopez (16/06/2025, 05:22):
Marvelous experience, staff were all exceedingly friendly 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 …
Daisy Reynolds (16/06/2025, 02:56):
Wonderful service, I must say. The whole team puts in a lot of effort at this establishment. The chemist consistently provides top-notch guidance on over-the-counter remedies.

By the way, I couldn't help but notice that the pills arranged diagonally in their logo resemble tiny hearts. Not sure if it's intentional, but it never fails to catch my eye whenever I stop by.
Brenda Gonzalez (11/06/2025, 06:56):
I visited the pharmacy earlier today, and the pharmacist (Miss Ahmed) was incredibly helpful, understanding, and polite.
Cynthia Brooks (10/06/2025, 10:04):
The manager at the pharmacy is a real trooper and definitely deserves a bump in pay.
Bruce Powell (09/06/2025, 19:50):
The management at this pharmacy is truly dreadful, with absolutely no customer service to speak of. It's like they're playing a game with you, bouncing you around like a football. I went there to pick up medicine for my pregnant wife during a snowstorm. The lady working there gave me only half of the medicine and sent me home. When I contacted my GP, they advised me that the pharmacy should have given me all the medicine because they had it in stock. I had to trek all the way back and ask the same lady to please give me the remaining medicine for my wife. Instead of apologizing, she rudely claimed they didn't have it and suggested I go back to my GP. Even when I showed her the prescription with the full list of medicines, she continued to argue and insisted they were out of stock. The male staff member started spouting nonsense as well. The entire staff is incredibly unprofessional. The medicine was right in front of their eyes, yet they couldn't be bothered to provide proper service. It was a complete hassle dealing with them, with no apologies and even some mockery thrown in. I can't stress enough how terrible their attitude and service are.
Zachary Johnson (06/06/2025, 13:40):
Outstanding service and team. Incredibly supportive and attentive.
Huge shoutout to the amazing staff.
Linda Kim (04/06/2025, 07:25):
They're always so friendly and helpful. If they don't have the stock in that day, they usually get it delivered by the next day. They're a great group of folks.
