I've always received excellent service from this pharmacy. However, I recently experienced a delay in receiving my medication due to understaffing. If they had informed me that the delivery would be delayed instead of promising a priority delivery, I could have made arrangements to pick it up, especially since I was unwell at the time. I must say, my usual experience at Honey Pharmacy is quite delightful. The staff are typically so welcoming and courteous. However, my visit yesterday afternoon left me feeling quite dismayed. I was met with such disdain and disrespect that I was truly taken aback. It was a stark contrast to my usual interactions, as I always make an effort to be polite and friendly with the staff at Honey. It's a shame that the behavior of these three individuals tarnished the reputation of an otherwise great team.

Terribly dreadful service, I must say. They couldn't locate my prescription not even once. All those negative reviews were spot on. High standards? Pfft, give me a break.

Honey may have been subpar, but these new fellas are utterly clueless. It feels like a bunch of kids on a job shadowing program are running the show.

And don't get me started on the abysmal waiting times, especially with the frosty weather outside.

Pull yourselves together, no more lame excuses.

I had a right nightmare with me dossette boxes for the 3rd time. First off, they changed me delivery days twice, leaving me without me vital medicine. And now, they've only gone and sent me dossette boxes missing some of me meds! Can you believe it? And to top it off, they never pick up the blimin' phone! I've been after me medication for a solid 2 weeks now, only to be told by another chemist that it's scanned in so they can't fill me prescription, even though they haven't even delivered me meds yet. It's an absolute disgrace, the service is shockin', I tell ya!
