Rightdose? That's a joke - they hardly ever get it right. High staff turnover, unprofessional behavior. I've switched to another service. (And please don't tell me you don't know me, I've been a customer for 5 years)

I've been going to this pharmacy for years, but today when I went to pick up my prescription, I encountered unhelpful and unprofessional staff who completely violated patient confidentiality. It seems there are new staff members, as it used to be a very professional and helpful pharmacy. I will definitely not be returning after this experience.

I've been using this pharmacy for 3 years now and I just wanted to say how grateful I am to the staff. They're incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient.
One minor issue I have is that, due to my mobility issues, I sometimes struggle to find nearby parking with my blue badge when I'm in too much pain to walk. It would definitely improve the experience if this was easier, but I understand it's not really the pharmacy's responsibility.
I also appreciate the option to have my medication delivered. One suggestion I would make for this service is to provide a 2-hour delivery slot via text to ensure someone is home to receive the medication.

The process was straightforward and pleasant. The pharmacy staff, including the manager Nayab, are all lovely and provide trustworthy healthcare advice and prescription services. A great team that I can rely on completely.

If they had informed me that the delivery would be delayed instead of promising a priority delivery, I could have made arrangements to pick it up, especially since I was unwell at the time.
