The service provided was shockingly sluggish, with a blatant disregard for patient privacy. There seemed to be no attempt to help by suggesting alternative products, even after being informed that the customer was in discomfort.

My recent visit to the pharmacy was terribly hectic. The staff was working hard to manage the rush, but waiting in line for an hour is not how I'd prefer to spend my time.

The staff is always friendly and quick to apologize if there is a wait, and the pharmacy is well stocked. Although it is small, they do everything efficiently. It's always bustling with customers too!

The issue isn't a lack of staff, but rather the cramped space. The team is doing their best, but the small building makes it difficult for them to succeed.

A second till and a larger pharmacy space are needed for the team to work efficiently. When I went for my flu jab, the staff were clearly overwhelmed. I had to wait in a long queue before being seen at the till, and then had to wait for the flu shot to warm up.

Despite the chaos, the appointment itself was pleasant. The lady who administered the vaccine was friendly and we had a good chat. She admitted that it's always busy, not just that day.

There are no restroom facilities available, and it was frustrating to see someone cut the queue just to buy shampoo. Having a mobile till (tablet) for taking prescriptions and payments could help alleviate the queues and improve efficiency.
