I paid a visit not long ago as a parent of a child staying at the hospital with a cut on my arm. The pharmacist seemed rather unwelcoming and appeared to be attempting to close up shop a good 2 hours earlier than the posted time on the door. She didn't offer any helpful advice or recommendations and even suggested I head to the emergency room for a cut!

I've been using this pharmacy for all my prescriptions for quite a few years and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else! The team is always incredibly helpful and welcoming, and they also carry a great selection of beauty products and non-prescription medications.

I have always held this Pharmacy in high regard for its courteous and helpful staff, who have a warm and empathetic nature. However, considering the current circumstances we are facing, I am dismayed by the fact that they are charging over £9 for hand sanitizer. The small bottle I purchased had very little alcohol content, and upon reading the ingredients, I was even more disappointed. I understand that the pharmacy does not manufacture the product, but I cannot shake the feeling that the management is capitalizing on the situation by increasing their profit margins. It seems like they are taking advantage of the current market demand and behaving similarly to unscrupulous sellers on platforms like eBay.
