Andrew Morris (07/07/2025, 15:55):
This pharmacy has really gone downhill. Some of the staff are quite rude. Prescriptions seem to take forever to be filled, even when they are sent over from the doctor's office. It feels like they are never ready on time. The only time I have seen the line move quickly is right before lunch or closing time.
Roger Sanchez (04/07/2025, 21:36):
Absolutely top-notch service from this place, even when they're incredibly busy, they always go the extra mile.
Frank Smith (04/07/2025, 16:32):
If I were to give a rating, I wouldn't even give them one star. They are extremely impolite, they refuse prescriptions when requested, and they falsely claim that prescriptions are not ready when they actually are. I am forced to use this pharmacy as it is the closest one for my prescriptions, but I have had numerous negative experiences with the staff. If you are not on good terms with them, they treat you poorly. I have had to call them several times and have gotten into arguments over the phone because they insisted that my prescription was not ready when it was. Recently, a friend of mine encountered abusive behavior from the staff when picking up a prescription. I strongly advise against using this pharmacy, as they consistently display a bad attitude.
Raymond Green (04/07/2025, 04:09):
The staff at this pharmacy are as friendly as can be, chatting away while providing excellent service. It would be fantastic to see more chemists like this one!
Janet Evans (02/07/2025, 21:28):
There always seems to be a long line and significant wait when trying to pick up medication.
Nancy Ward (01/07/2025, 01:14):
Upon witnessing the disarray at the counter, with individuals waiting well beyond the expected time to retrieve their prescriptions, one must admit it is rather disconcerting. Fortunately, I do not have my prescriptions filled here. I have only frequented this pharmacy for purchasing products, yet I would certainly not entrust them with my medication retrieval. It appears they have taken on more prescriptions than they can efficiently manage, leading to instances where patients leave and opt to obtain their prescriptions elsewhere either due to claims of non-receipt or delays in preparation despite having had sufficient time. While I acknowledge the pressures on the NHS, this pharmacy seems unable to cope with the demand, resulting in understandable frustration and vexation among customers. Significant enhancements are imperative for this particular establishment.

All right, mate! I'm a SEO specialist and in this Pharmacy blog, I can certainly spruce up that comment for you. Just give me a sec to make it sound proper English-like, yeah? Cheers!
Harper Reyes (25/06/2025, 08:07):
I had an absolutely dreadful time at Gordon Pharmacy in Gracemount. The folks there were terribly rude and impolite, which left me feeling quite unwelcome as soon as I stepped foot inside. When I sought help, they were dismissive and uncooperative, behaving as though my inquiries were bothersome. It was evident that prioritizing customer service was far from their minds. I would caution against this pharmacy for anyone seeking a courteous or helpful experience.
Amber Murphy (16/06/2025, 14:23):
These chaps are doing a proper tough job, you know? With the way things are in the world, they are absolutely rushed off their feet. It's not on them that prescriptions are taking ages to be ready for collection – we've got to bear in mind that deliveries are taking longer these days, and with it being rare to snag a doctor's appointment, folks are just firing in repeat requests, piling on the workload for them. I've always found them to be polite and willing to lend a hand as much as they can. Let's give them a bit of a break, shall we?
Joe Jones (16/06/2025, 04:09):
I wouldn't even give a star, the staff was terribly rude.
Samantha Baker (15/06/2025, 07:22):
It takes forever for them to prepare prescriptions, the staff can be argumentative, and sometimes they have a bad attitude towards customers.
Kelly Cooper (14/06/2025, 20:25):
The waiting time is absolutely ridiculous!!! This is now the third occasion where I’ve been turned away, only to return hours later to collect my prescription. And even when I do return on time, the prescription still isn’t ready!
Gabriel Mitchell (13/06/2025, 17:53):
This pharmacy is always incredibly busy, and it can sometimes take over two hours to have a prescription filled. The staff can be quite rude and insensitive, making you feel like a burden rather than a valued customer. I would not recommend this place at all.
Nicole Robinson (13/06/2025, 14:34):
This morning I discovered that I am expecting. I promptly made appointments with midwives and then headed to the chemist. I requested some folic acid, and the attendant inquired if I was pregnant and if it had been recommended by a doctor. I confirmed my pregnancy and knowledge of the need for folic acid. She disappeared to the back to check if she could sell it to me. Next, I asked for a low dose of Aspirin. Once again, she questioned whether it was for me. Sadly, we experienced a stillbirth last year, and following extensive testing, the hospital advised me to take low dose Aspirin from the moment of my positive pregnancy test until 34 weeks. She disappeared to the back yet again, and this time I overheard laughter, which I found quite disrespectful.

When she returned, she stated that she couldn't provide me with the 75mg of Aspirin because I was pregnant. I reiterated that the hospital doctors had specifically instructed me to take it. Once more, she retreated to the back, and once again, I heard laughter before she returned to inform me that she couldn't sell it to me. I left feeling extremely let down. The staff at that establishment lack the necessary education and professionalism for such a role. Their behavior was rude and unbecoming. I will be steering clear of that place in the future.

At 4:15 pm today, Loyds Pharmacy was unable to provide me with two inhalers until Monday. I decided to walk over to Gordon's Chemco in Gracemount, and they had them ready in just 15 minutes, even though they were busy. This chemist is amazing, they have never disappointed me. The staff are fantastic and the pharmacy is well-managed.
Adam Gonzales (12/06/2025, 05:21):
I must say, the service provided here is absolutely dreadful. The staff members are quite rude and it's truly displeasing. I have a strong aversion to utilizing their services and will be opting to have my medication delivered elsewhere.
Jean Graham (11/06/2025, 12:20):
Understaffed and managing as best they can. Kudos!
Jennifer Morales (09/06/2025, 17:32):
I have been receiving my repeat prescriptions from this pharmacy for years. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and courteous. They have a workload that is determined by the demands of the community, so they have no control over the amount of work they have to handle. I understand that sometimes I may need to return for my medications if they are too busy to process them as usual. I remind myself that the universe does not revolve around me; there are many factors that can affect the delivery of their service, such as issues with doctors, stock shortages, patient needs, and workload. They are doing their best under significant pressure. I couldn't do their job, and they often face unnecessary abuse.
Anna Anderson (08/06/2025, 18:07):
Visited this pharmacy with my daughter who had an eye infection. The pharmacist didn't even bother to examine her and just told us to go home and wash her eye with boiled water, advising to return in a few days if there was no improvement. I had already mentioned that she had green discharge, indicating a bacterial infection. I decided to try a different pharmacy and the experience was completely different. They immediately asked about symptoms such as green discharge, eye swelling, and sticky eyes. I was told to come in right away and my daughter was prescribed antibiotics for conjunctivitis. The first pharmacist would have left my daughter suffering with an eye infection for days if it were up to them. I was not impressed with the customer service at the initial pharmacy, and the pharmacist seemed uninformed. Definitely won't be returning there.
Edward Moore (06/06/2025, 19:23):
I had a rather unpleasant experience at this pharmacy. I asked for a syrup for my chest congestion, but they provided me with a decongestant liquid that was not suitable for my condition. When I requested something to help with my chest, they suggested honey and lemon instead. I had just purchased a product moments before, but when I tried to return it, they refused and insisted I pay for it again. They only accepted cash, which was inconvenient as I was feeling unwell and had to go out of my way to find an ATM. It's disappointing when pharmacies don't show empathy towards patients, especially when we rely on them for help during times of illness.
