The staff at this pharmacy is absolutely wonderful - they are always so helpful and attentive. I never have to wait long to be helped. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of pharmacy services! Cheers!

The top-notch team of experts, always extremely accessible. Very empathetic and kind. A 10 out of 10! Well done.
Zachary Morales (13/07/2025, 04:30):
You can anticipate lengthy delays before finally reaching a staff member and encountering difficulties with even the most basic prescription processing.

Customers are often left waiting for what seems like an eternity before receiving any sort of acknowledgment.
Bryan Nguyen (11/07/2025, 13:02):
The staff here have been absolutely brilliant and so friendly, which has been a huge relief since GPs have been less accessible for things like hay fever and allergies post-COVID. I really appreciate how much easier they've made ordering prescriptions. Thank you!
Alexander Wright (08/07/2025, 05:44):

Pamela Parker (05/07/2025, 18:57):
Absolutely dreadful service, incredibly slow and completely clueless about their work. It's clear they have no regard for their customers. I would rate them 1 star, but they truly deserve negative stars! Utterly disappointing experience.
Willie Morales (01/07/2025, 09:11):
I am a diabetic and I needed to locate a Pharmacy that provides a needle exchange program. The Pharmacy I previously utilized discontinued this service without any warning. Fortunately, the Lindsay & Gilmore branch was extremely accommodating. The Pharmacy staff member I conversed with over the phone was excellent; they provided me with directions to the Pharmacy, informed me of their operating hours, and also advised on the latest daily time for returning sharps boxes. I was truly impressed.
Terry Morris (29/06/2025, 01:19):
Always very helpful - it's a real pleasure dealing with this Pharmacy blog.
Ryan Graham (25/06/2025, 00:53):
The pharmacists at this location are quite pleasant and accommodating. Nonetheless, the young lady working at the counter comes across as somewhat condescending, impolite, and lacking discretion. Moreover, the recurring prescription service can be rather erratic: prescriptions are often delayed, mistakenly sent to different branches, or incomplete. It might be advisable to consider transferring your prescriptions to Lloyds Pharmacy for a more reliable service.
Bobby Coleman (20/06/2025, 00:35):
My partner goes to this pharmacy for his prescriptions, but they never seem to have the medications he needs in stock. It's quite frustrating having to constantly wait for them to restock their inventory.
Kevin Gonzalez (19/06/2025, 16:29):
The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful.
Kimberly Thompson (19/06/2025, 13:04):
I've popped in a few times now, and I must say the staff are always so friendly and on the ball.
Alice Baker (19/06/2025, 08:47):
After my most recent visit, I must say I am quite unsure about the happenings in this particular branch. It seems there might have been a change in staff or management, as the level of rudeness and incompetence was unusual for this location. Perhaps some additional customer service training is in order!
Aaron Walker (10/06/2025, 07:46):
It feels like I always have to wait for ages before I get seen.
Nancy Kim (08/06/2025, 08:57):
At times, the demeanor of the staff can be quite disappointing. It's rather disheartening 😢😡.

The staff 'ave been a bit unhelpful in the past and sometimes a tad rude, but they seem to 'ave improved the last few times I popped in! Fingers crossed it stays that way! 👍.
