After initially attempting Boots across the road and being informed they were unable to assist, I decided to visit this pharmacy and was met with courtesy and compassion. They showed genuine interest in my concerns and were able to help me resolve them.

The pharmacist 'as always been very helpful, but I called intentionally on Friday to schedule me appointment for me flu jab. I was informed that no appointment was required for Monday, but they would be closed from 1 to 2 for lunch. I popped in around 2.45 on Monday, and the receptionist informed me that the pharmacist was unavailable. I explained about 'me phone call and was told that the owner 'ad decided to pop in for a meeting, so the pharmacist was now unavailable, but I could come back the next day! A pharmacy without a pharmacist and an owner who 'as no clue about customer care. Unbelievable!

I must say, the service on delivery has been rather lacking, as my prescription medication was not delivered yet again. It's not the first time this has happened. Additionally, the items that are owed to me take a minimum of 10 weeks to arrive, only for me to have to go and collect them in person. This means having to take time off work just to chase things up. It's quite frustrating, as I've had to resort to purchasing from Amazon in order to continue with my treatment.

I must say, the pharmacist down in Blackwood is truly dreadful! I find myself constantly having to remind them to deliver my prescriptions. If only I had never stepped foot in that place, the service is simply appalling 😡...

Terrible pharmacy, constantly misplacing prescriptions and unreliable. They will argue with you and accuse the doctor of lying, even threatening to cancel your delivery without notice. If you depend on medication, I would never recommend their service. My son has been left without his meds multiple times, forcing me to scramble to sort out new prescriptions. Their customer care is nonexistent.

I was in a right pickle when I had to start using this pharmacy, as they were the only ones in the area who could get hold of the medicine I needed. But let me tell you, they've become our go-to pharmacy now for both me and my partner. The folks working there are top-notch, friendly, and always ready to lend a hand. They take the time to remember your name and what meds you're after. This pharmacy keeps stocking the medicines that other places can't seem to find, and they even coordinate with my GP surgery to make sure the meds are sorted and ready for pick-up. It's a proper 5-star service with 5-star customer care, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Outstanding service on a Sunday evening at 6pm from two lovely staff members, Rachel and Meg. Brought my daughter who's been poorly all weekend with a bad throat. They did a swab test and prescribed antibiotics for Scarlet Fever. Really put my daughter at ease. Overall, a fantastic experience. Many thanks.

It's quite a struggle to obtain a full prescription. I attempted to collect mine today and was informed by my doctor's office that they received it ten days ago. Despite my efforts to reach them throughout the day, I could only reach their voicemail. A disappointing level of service indeed.
