This pharmacy is dreadful. I was visiting a friend and needed to have my prescription transferred from my doctor's office in Glasgow. It should have been a simple process, but this pharmacy insisted that I call my doctor to arrange the transfer. When I contacted my doctor, they were shocked as the pharmacy should have been the one reaching out to them, not me. When I mentioned this to the pharmacy, they just seemed annoyed, as if I were inconveniencing them.

This establishment is an absolute joke. The staff is rude and unpleasant.
Madison Torres (19/05/2025, 17:05):
My partner popped into the pharmacy to inquire about saline solution, which is as basic and common as they come! However, she was met with skeptical glances, unfriendly customer service, and passive-aggressive behavior. The staff seemed completely clueless and acted as though it was a crime to ask for saline in their establishment, treating it like some sort of sacred elixir. It's absolutely essential for the staff at a pharmacy to have at least some knowledge in biology or medicine to do their jobs properly! The lack of customer service and expertise was shocking.

Some other friends of mine were required to provide their full address and proof of residency when seeking painkillers, as if they were criminals or fraudsters. Is it perhaps because they are a Polish couple, just like us? Yes, we do live here! Yes, some of us have been here over 15 years! Yes, we pay taxes and work hard!

It's time for these local businesses to move past any biases and at least attempt to be courteous and professional. I'm fed up with these small establishments with rude, passively aggressive, and sometimes racist staff or owners! They come across as uneducated while being condescending at the same time. It's truly disgraceful and quite disheartening.

Jennifer Cruz (10/05/2025, 16:04):
I was asked for my name and address before being able to purchase over-the-counter pain medication. It made me feel like I was doing something wrong. What a dreadful experience at that establishment.
Bobby Graham (04/05/2025, 17:38):
The blonde driver was incredibly impolite on the roads. She was swerving in and out of lanes without using her turn signals, cutting off other drivers, and tailgating. It was a dangerous situation that could have easily caused an accident. It's important for all drivers to follow traffic laws and be respectful of others on the road for everyone's safety.
Patrick Rodriguez (20/04/2025, 16:25):
Absolutely brilliant service, the staff are incredibly friendly.
