I've been to this beauty supply store thrice in the last month. I made sure to arrive at 9am for convenient parking, as the store opens at that time. However, on all three occasions, the earliest they actually opened was 9.15am. Yesterday, after waiting until 9.25am, I decided to take my business elsewhere. It seems I'm not the only one unhappy with this tardiness, as many other customers expressed their frustration and vowed not to return. Sadly, I must now count myself among them. Quite a disappointing experience overall.

This is my favorite store and it would have been a 5-star rating if it didn't have unfriendly staff who seemed to be watching everyone as if they were thieves. When we asked to speak to the manager, they refused at that moment. Now, we can't go back because the staff is not friendly or kind. There are one or two people we know personally who are helpful and kind, but the ones we don't know well, as I mentioned, are not. Additionally, there were no complaint forms available.

For the past couple of days, I've dedicated a good two hours of my precious time attempting to collect a prescription for a crucial generic medication from this pharmacy. It had been sent over days ago. The staff here took a whopping 45 minutes just to process a prescription that was ready and waiting from the previous day, as I endured another 45-minute wait in line. It most likely would have taken even longer if I hadn't gone back to remind these forgetful employees about my prescription.

This establishment truly squandered a significant amount of my time. I found myself aimlessly standing in lengthy queues that the pharmacy layout clearly couldn't handle, causing blockages in the aisles due to the lack of adequate waiting space. The employees seemed to be idle a staggering 90% of the time, and when they did decide to move, their pace was as slow as a tortoise. It was quite evident that they were more interested in venting their personal frustrations on customers for simply existing, rather than focusing on their job responsibilities.

The level of competency and efficiency within this pharmacy team is practically non-existent. The manager appears to have a penchant for hiring individuals with the processing and motor skills of snails. The perpetually long queues, in which customers remain unattended for over half an hour and sometimes days to receive their medication, pose a serious issue for those with health concerns depending on this pharmacy. If the employees spent less time idling, displaying poor attitudes, or applying makeup that could paint the walls of a mansion, perhaps this branch wouldn't consistently disappoint and frustrate its customers.

Fantastic place to stock up on shampoo and other beauty essentials, but their pharmacy services leave much to be desired. Hands down the least impressive pharmacy in town, with some staff members who can come across as quite rude and lacking cultural awareness. A truly unpleasant experience – won't be returning to use their pharmacy services anytime soon.
