I must say, the customer advisor informed me that they did not carry insoles, but to my surprise, they actually offer a selection of 11 different types. The sales advisor's appearance was disheveled and untidy. He declined my request to pack my items myself, and while awaiting authorization for my card, he proceeded to pick at his facial scabs. Not only did he neglect to provide me with a receipt, but he also failed to greet or thank me. I am truly taken aback and disheartened by the behavior displayed, especially at a time when many individuals are actively seeking employment opportunities. Earlier today, I visited Morrisons, and I believe Asda could benefit from observing their approach. The contrasting experiences were striking.

Oh, mate, it was a right nightmare! I was being harassed and the security just stood there chuckling, can you believe it? Absolutely shocking, wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Terrible experience, definitely two thumbs down from me.
Eric Reynolds (21/06/2025, 13:58):
Just went shopping with my severely disabled brother, like I do every month, and got a fine for not having a blue badge in a disabled space. Asda doesn't offer any other options for disabled customers, so he's clearly being discriminated against by their parking policies. The staff showed no care at all and just passed the issue on to some management company called 'Smart' Parking - smart is definitely not the word I'd use for them! I refuse to pay this fine and will do whatever it takes to make Asda in Perth fulfill their responsibilities.
But what about next month's shopping trip? Where can we park now? I checked with Tesco in Perth and they don't have any restrictions, thankfully.
Philip Harris (20/06/2025, 05:09):
The shop wasn't too crowded, but I noticed that some sections were lacking in produce. It was early afternoon. I managed to get everything I needed, but others might struggle.
Daniel Reynolds (16/06/2025, 19:24):
Employees are accusing customers of stealing bags when they spend more than £40 in the store... and folks are zooming around the parking lot like it's a proper highway. 🤷
Chloe Carter (16/06/2025, 08:37):
Hello there, do they carry printer ink at this supermarket? I own an HP printer that's been flashing a message asking me to get some ink.
Theresa Bailey (15/06/2025, 23:37):
This supermarket offers a diverse range of products at really good prices. The store layout is spacious and easy to navigate, making it a pleasant shopping experience. The staff are usually friendly and willing to assist with any queries. Plus, they have the added bonus of 3 hours of free parking – what a win! 😍
Debra Alexander (14/06/2025, 19:40):
The staff were so lovely and polite, especially at the self-service checkouts.
I would have given it 5 stars but found the layout of the store a bit strange and had trouble locating items I needed.
Amber Thomas (12/06/2025, 17:15):
Aisles closed and low stock elsewhere. Asda Perth has always been a bit dodgy, but it's deteriorating. Rain last week messed up the I.T. system. Still not sorted. The manager must be on holiday or not caring. Won't return to Asda. Tesco is my go-to now. I've also uninstalled the useless app.

Top spot to make a pit stop for pristine restrooms and a speedy snack.
Brenda Scott (10/06/2025, 22:20):
Had a bit of a funny experience at the café today around four twenty for a spot of tea and cake. The lass there tells us the place is shut down for a bit of cleaning, but then mentions they still have tea, coffee, and cake if we fancy it. We were fine with that, so we had a look at the cakes for a moment, and she snaps at us asking what we're wanting in a rude tone. We ordered two coffees without being asked about sizes, a cup of tea, a slice of cake, and a scone. She plops the cutlery on the plates and rings us up at the till. When it came time to pay, there was a wee issue with the transaction, and she just walked off without a word. We had to fetch our coffees from the machine ourselves as she vanished into the back.
We sat at a table to enjoy our treats and observed as she neglected other customers coming in. Later on, she rushes over and claims we hadn't paid, so we ended up paying again because the first payment didn't go through. Quite an amusing time, never had such a laugh, and never experienced such shoddy service. Big shoutout to Iris for making our café visit memorable, in a not so good way.

I absolutely adore Asda in Perth. They have a tremendous variety of excellent products available. The staff members are exceedingly friendly and always ready to assist.
Sean Fisher (08/06/2025, 09:50):
I had a smashing time at Asda. Managed to bag all the bits and bobs I required, received top-notch assistance from the friendly staff, and even bumped into a few chums from way back when. Absolute perfection, 10 out of 10. Cheers ever so much. George Marshall. 😉🛒✨
Rachel Garcia (06/06/2025, 22:06):
It was alright, you know? I've found Asda to be a tad less cozy compared to other supermarkets amid the Coronavirus outbreak. The protocols, in my humble opinion, aren't as strict and customers tend to do things their own way, if you catch my drift.
Janet Reynolds (06/06/2025, 21:04):
Supermarket is a fantastic spot for getting your shopping done, as the employees are truly accommodating and helpful. A top-notch destination for all your grocery needs! Cheers!
Helen Anderson (05/06/2025, 07:20):
The road markings are completely invisible. The no entry signs are either missing, smashed, or twisted sideways. There are no left turn signs or markings to be found. You will only realize you are going the wrong way when you reach the roundabout, and by then, it's already too late...
Jesse Kim (04/06/2025, 03:28):
I must say, the team at the Kiosk is absolutely smashing! It's just a pity that the rest of the lot, especially the security guards, don't quite measure up. The shelves always seem to be a tad sparse, despite the products being ripe for display. You might find yourself having to reach for items on the top shelf, which can pose a bit of a health and safety risk. Cheers!
Paul Kim (03/06/2025, 06:33):
Printing accessories are always out of stock, it's quite frustrating. The response from the staff is absolutely dreadful. And to make matters worse, a good portion of the food products seem to be nearing their expiry date. Quite a disappointing experience overall.
Lisa Ortiz (01/06/2025, 23:02):
Just placed an order with Just Eat at 6pm. They said it would arrive by 6:30, but it's now 7:30. The driver has been waiting for 90 minutes. I suspect the delay is due to the staff, who seem more interested in chatting and swearing than in getting orders out. It's a really frustrating situation, and if I could cancel the order I would, but I can't because the driver is already here. This is the second time this has happened to me, and both times it's been the fault of the store. Not impressed at all.
