It was rather quiet. The store was well-stocked and the staff was very polite.

The personnel was quite impolite and when my mum and I attempted to avail the staff discount, the card was acting up and the employees there were too lethargic to manually input the number. Definitely the worst Asda we've visited, wouldn't suggest. The manager, JIM, laughed and was not helpful in the least. What a rude manager.

I adore the staff who assist me in locating groceries at the supermarket, and there are even some lovely ladies who have completed British Sign Language courses. They can sign messages to me over the store's tannoy system, which I find incredibly helpful and inclusive.

Called in at the pizza counter this evening, and what a disappointment it was. Not a single pizza on display, had to wait a while just to be served as the two chaps were too engrossed in chatting with familiar faces at the counter. The pizza preparation also seemed to take forever. Definitely won't be returning.

The coffee was dreadful. I ordered an all-day breakfast and a bacon roll, but they were out of bacon, only offering scrambled or poached eggs. I questioned why they couldn't simply take bacon from the many packs on the shelves, but was informed that it wasn't possible. The fryer was turned off, so I couldn't even have chips and eggs. I settled for chips and a buttered roll. The chips were soggy and barely warm (revolting), and the roll was a flimsy, low-quality item with no substance. The only saving grace was the black coffee. Truly disappointing...I shan't be returning.

I have been a patron of this supermarket for many years. I must honestly say that the standards of this establishment have plummeted to an unprecedented low.
Planning my weekly shopping has become a challenge due to the constant lack of products on the shelves. Even items from ASDA, such as ready meals, often sport "out of stock" labels prominently. The best before dates on fruits and vegetables leave much to be desired.
I have spoken with the staff multiple times, including senior members, and have been informed that there is a freeze on staff recruitment. It appears that the stock is sitting in storage with no one available to replenish the shelves. On several occasions, I have caught floor staff off guard by asking them to check the back storeroom for a product. The initial staff member returns after a few minutes to report "none in stock." However, when I ask another member of staff, they return promptly with several of the items I needed. Is this the level of customer service one should expect?
During a recent visit, I found myself in a queue of ten people at the checkout with only one lane open. Despite my preference for using a checkout, it seems that the store is now dictating how I pay. When I inquired about the situation, the cashier informed me that six staff members had left and no replacements had been hired.
I would like to draw attention to the issues at the Pizza counter. It is unacceptable that a sign is displayed stating that no pizzas can be prepared due to unforeseen circumstances. Once again, I was told that this is a staffing problem. Just today, the sign was up even though a staff member at the counter was idle. When I questioned him, he quickly offered to make pizzas for me despite the sign. Why mislead customers with a sign if the service can be provided?
I hope that the concerns I have raised will be addressed promptly. Otherwise, like many others, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
