I must say, I am absolutely flabbergasted by the lack of organization at this pharmacy. Every single time I've visited, there has been a 15-minute fiasco trying to locate my partner's prescription. And what's worse, there's no sense of remorse or apology for their mishaps. When I'm informed over the phone that the prescription is ready for pick-up, I rightfully expect it to be there when I arrive just 5 minutes later. However, on multiple recent occasions, I've been told upon arrival that they don't have it. To top it off, the staff have outright lied to me, claiming they never received a call, without a hint of guilt or an apology for wasting my time and deceiving me. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
