Top-notch service from the pharmacy team to Michael, the medication delivery guy. I relocated recently and I couldn't be happier with the level of service. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
Eric Coleman (05/06/2025, 23:30):
Incredible establishment and team, though regrettably I've had to switch to a pharmacy outside of my area. Being classified as a vulnerable and disabled individual, I found myself needing to change pharmacists because a dispenser at this location decided to discuss my medical conditions with a neighbor in order to validate whether or not I truly have a disability.

I opt to steer clear of potent opioid medications and instead focus on managing my symptoms with less addictive alternatives, dietary adjustments, and holistic approaches. Despite being relatively young and having been very active and fit before falling ill, I struggle to work currently due to the pain and illness. I've put in a lot of effort throughout my life, and I certainly didn't anticipate receiving such treatment from a local pharmacist.

Moreover, I firmly believe it is unethical to divulge a patient's medical conditions and prescriptions. The disrespectful judgment I faced from an individual in such a professional position, simply because I am young and 'apparently don't appear disabled', was truly disheartening. Not the warm welcome I expected from the community.
Donald Kim (05/06/2025, 16:46):
I used to get all of my prescriptions from one of the biggest pharmacy chains in the UK, and everything was fine until Covid hit. Since then, it would take 3-4 weeks from sending the request to the doctor to receiving the "it's ready to collect" text, that's if they didn't misplace it.

About a year ago, I switched to Milton of Leys and I haven't had a single issue. I ordered through the Healthera App on Sunday and received an email on Tuesday saying it was ready. The service is always top-notch.
Janice Campbell (04/06/2025, 14:23):
I have to say, the service I got from my local Pharmacy recently was top-notch. The staff were so efficient and friendly, it really made a difference. Big shoutout to all of them, keep up the great work!
Paul Richardson (03/06/2025, 03:03):
The pharmacy offers a top-notch service. The pharmacists show a professional and personal concern for their customers and have taken the initiative in prescribing and recommending additional medical treatments.
Vincent James (02/06/2025, 07:09):
Sam has been a tremendous help to my in-laws, always showing great care and attention towards them. His friendly and attentive nature brings us peace of mind, knowing that they are well taken care of in the community.
Kimberly Lee (01/06/2025, 18:27):
Always top-notch, prompt, and welcoming service. They really went the extra mile to assist me with my issue. I highly recommend them.
Aaron Kim (30/05/2025, 16:42):
This pharmacy ain't exactly our nearest one, so we've only popped in a couple of times when our GP's pharmacist couldn't get the meds we needed from Care Pharmacy. Gotta say, had a really good experience with the staff and the whole setup. If it was closer to us, we'd definitely make it our main pharmacy. Cheers!
