It used to be all right but now it's a complete disaster.

My last two visits.

1. I waited my turn and gave my details to the lady. She went to the back and completely forgot she was serving me. About 10 minutes later she appeared and asked if she could help me.

2. I entered the store and found one person in front of me. I gave my details. It took 18 minutes before they handed me my items. Three staff members attended to the only person in front of me, including calling the GP. I didn't know where the medication was stored on the shelf. All with a sign that says "Express Pickup"!
John Foster (26/06/2025, 13:50):
The folks are friendly, but it's not a pleasant experience. There always seems to be 4 or 5 people waiting for their prescription, and you have to wait until everyone has been served before they assist you.
Getting your prescription is slow and painful. It takes a long time before a staff member yells from the back "What's the address?" and you have to repeat your address in front of the whole store. Often, you have to give your address when handing over the prescription slip, usually to another staff member.
Three out of the last four times I've been, they didn't have enough pills and they partially fill the prescription, so I have to come back one or two days later to repeat the whole process.
There's definitely room for improvement.
