I have been a loyal customer of Lloyd's pharmacy, but recently I noticed a decline in the service and overall vibe of the place. It seemed like all the staff had turned into Karens and the shop's appearance started to resemble something you'd come across at a flea market. Thankfully, Mackies pharmacy next door is a breath of fresh air. The store is bright and inviting, and the staff actually have personalities, making the retail experience much more enjoyable. Despite being a bit clueless as a customer, the staff at Mackies are always patient, polite, and incredibly helpful. They have won me over and will now be receiving my business (and prescriptions) moving forward. Keep up the great work 💪

I neglected to pick up my prescription from the doctor's office for 2 days and then falsely claimed it was the surgery's fault. The pharmacist seemed amused by this. Completely incompetent and impolite.
