I keep finding meself running out of pills, ya know. The repeat prescription service is just rubbish, mate. I check on Google and it says they close at 6pm, but when I actually haul meself down there, they've already shut up shop by 5pm. It's a proper nuisance, I tell ya.

This isn't the first time my prescription hasn't been refilled on time, even though I signed up for automatic refills and always remind them when picking up my meds. When I call and mention I have 10 tablets left, they say I called too early. But when I call with only 2 tablets left, they say I should have called sooner. The medication should be ready for me every 4 weeks, but it's been longer than that and my meds still aren't ready. Each staff member gives me different responses. There's a young girl who works there who is always helpful and kind, but some of the other staff can be quite rude when you point out their mistakes, which can put sick people at risk. This has happened to me several times, leaving me without medication unless I follow up on it myself.

Firstly, I would kindly request that BOOTS updates its opening hours to reflect the midday closure. Additionally, it seems that attempts to contact them via phone have been fruitless throughout the day. Sadly, there appears to have been an error with my prescription, rendering my upcoming appointment with the nurse irrelevant as I lack the necessary items due to this oversight. Overall, the service provided has been quite disappointing.
