There used to be a fantastic pharmacy when Alison, Sam, and their team were in charge.

However, things have taken a nosedive since the M&D Green Pharmacy took over. I've handed in repeat prescriptions four times, and each time they never arrived. They promised to fix the issue and call me back, but days later, still no medication.

I took matters into my own hands and called the doctor myself, only to find out that the repeats were never submitted by the pharmacy. It's a complete joke that medications needed for a child are not being handled properly. I've had to resort to emergency requests through the doctors and pick up the scripts myself to get the meds.

It's clear that it's time to switch pharmacies. I'm not going to keep doing their job for them – I deserve better service than this.

It always takes forever for me to locate my prescription at the pharmacy, and I often receive different brands of the same medication. If an item is out of stock, it's quite a hassle for them to order it in. Some of the staff members are helpful, but there was one instance where they couldn't find my prescription for about 10 minutes until another staff member came and located it within seconds. I believe they need a new system for organizing and finding prescriptions. Additionally, they have only provided me with one of my items on several occasions, leading me to return the next day to collect the remaining items because they don't keep all medications together. I wish I could have my prescription sent to a different pharmacy.
