This chemist is a bit of a mess, mate. Every time I pop in, they're scrambling to locate prescriptions, often ones that were dropped off a week prior. If you can't have a prescription ready after a week, then you're not running a tight ship, are you? The main focus at this chemist seems to be dispensing methadone - they give that priority over all other customers, it seems.

Colin, the gentleman in the black shirt often seen wearing a blue tie, is perhaps the most discourteous individual around here. It is their responsibility to ensure that prescriptions are prepared within a week. However, they frequently go missing or are held back without proper authorization. The atmosphere is chaotic and disorganized. There seems to be a clear preference for dispensing methadone over attending to other waiting customers. I typically submit my prescription once every two weeks to prevent running out. Colin's sarcastic comments, such as likening prescription submissions to handing out candies, and expressing surprise at receiving a dietary sheet from NHS Tayside, are quite unprofessional. It appears that Colin would benefit from additional training and perhaps should be assigned a role that doesn't involve direct interaction with the public.
